Positive Behavior

Are you aware of your behavior and the impact it has on your life? The way you behave has a direct impact on how people react to you, how you feel, your energy and the way you attract things into your life. The universe can help you attract the things you want when your behavior is positive. When your behavior is negative, you attract negative things into your life, so you want to be aware of your behavior.

Negative behavior includes yelling, using negative words, smoking, cheating and talking about people behind their back. Positive behavior includes eating right, using positive words, smiling, giving compliments and helping people. Your behavior impacts your energy and vibrations, which in turn impacts your ability to attract wonderful things from the universe.

You will be able to attract amazing things into your life by changing your negative behavior into positive behavior. You have the ability to change and you have the ability to accomplish wonderful things in your life and your behavior will help you get what you want!

Many people want to improve their spiritual connection to the universe. Religion is one way people experience spirituality, but spirituality can mean different things to people. Approximately 24% of the United States considers themselves to be spiritual, but not religious.

Many people consider their faith to be a very important part of their lives, while others seek more meaning in their lives. I personally feel that spirituality is a life-long quest for connection. There are times in your life when you will feel more connected and times when you will depend on your spirituality more than other times.

I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to improve your spiritual connection with the universe. Some great ways to improve your connection include  prayer, meditation, self-hypnosis and visualization. Incorporating these daily activities into your life will help you enhance your spirituality and feel more connected to God or the universe.

Self-Help

I am a self-help advocate, as many of you already know. It is important to improve your mental, physical and spiritual abilities in order to learn and grow as a human being. I think a lot of people shy away from the term “self-help” because it has a negative connotation, but I want to dispel this myth because there is nothing negative about changing, growing and improving your life.

In our book, You Can Attract It!, which I co-wrote with Steve G. Jones, we outline steps on how to use the Law of Attraction to get what you want. We talk about how you can attract anything from a more positive attitude to a shiny new car. Many people use the Law of Attraction to improve themselves.

Self-help includes a vast array of topics. Some people want to improve their anger, assertiveness, confidence, motivation, habits, body image, or mindset. The list goes on because everyone is different and everyone has something they wish to improve upon.

If you have not yet used the Law of Attraction to improve yourself, then I hope this article has helped you see the many benefits of incorporating it into your life. You can take control of so many aspects of your life. There is no point in waiting to become your best!

Accepting Change

For many people, change is difficult and it can be challenging accepting change into your life. However, change is often a good thing and you become a stronger person because of it. No matter what kind of change you want to attract into your life, realize that it will be better once you accept the change.

Many people come to me wanting advice on how to change their health habits. This usually involves changes in eating, physical activity, time management and even your mindset. Wrapping your brain around change can be challenging, but the result of change is very rewarding.

I like to encourage people to make many small changes gradually, instead of focusing on one major change all at once. This allows people to adapt and accept change in a healthier way. You should make small goals and accept change frequently so that you get used to making changes.

The Law of Attraction is a great way to change your mindset to attract change. You deserve to grow as a person because you have the ability to achieve great things in your life!

Attracting your Ideal Job

If there is one thing that you learn from this blog post, it’s that there is a job out there for you! The job market is getting better and you can attract your ideal job into your life by using the Law of Attraction. I want you to throw all negative thoughts and emotions out the door and start creating a positive outlook on attracting your ideal job.

The most important thing is to take action. Send out your resume, let your friends, family and contacts know that you are looking for a job. Also, consider going into business for yourself. What are your skills and talents and how can you put them to use?

Don’t put any limits on yourself. Keep an open mind and visualize your ideal job. Visualize where you will work, what you will do, the people who you will interact with and the enjoyment you will get from it. You are capable of attracting your ideal job and I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to manifest it into your life.

The amazing thing about the Law of Attraction is that you can attract anything you want! No goal is too large and no dream is too big. Determining what you want may be easy or hard for you. Some people know exactly what they want while others feel that something is missing, but they’re not sure what.

I want to encourage you to focus on what you want to attract. Whether it’s a luxury good like a car or a house or it’s something intangible such as weight loss or finding your ideal career, you may need to spend some time determining what you want in your life.

You deserve to live your best life with what you want in your life. All you have to do is manifest it into your life using the principles and steps we out line in our book, You Can Attract It. You are capable of achieving spectacular things in your life and you can use the Law of Attraction to help you on your journey!

If you want to meet new people, whether you are looking for friendship or a relationship, the Law of Attraction is a great tool to use! It helps you visualize who you want in your life. It helps you be in the right state of mind to welcome new people into your life.

In the world we are currently living in, it seems that it is getting easier to be non-social. We can learn anything from the internet. We can spend our time at work, on the internet and in our homes without forming social relationships. You may feel the need to attract friendship or love into your life.

If you want to meet new people, then focus on attracting new people into your life. Visualize the type of people you want to surround yourself with. Ask yourself what you will do for fun with new friends or while out on dates. Focus your positive energy on meeting new people and soon new people will come into your life!

Allowing Change into your Life using Hypnosis

Believe it or not, the act of allowing change to occur in your life is often the only thing standing between you and your dreams. Your fears or self-doubt may be preventing you from allowing something into your life. Whether you want to meet your ideal mate, lose weight, or get your dream job, the You Can Attract It will teach you how important the act of allowing is in your life.

You may be thinking, “I want it so badly, of course I am allowing it into my life.” However, subconsciously you may not be allowing your dreams to manifest. As you may know, I am a hypnotist and I believe a lot of negative habits are rooted in the subconscious mind. You can use hypnosis to overcome your doubts and start allowing wonderful things into your life.

I want to encourage you to take 10 minutes out of your day. Find a quiet and relaxing place and use self-hypnosis to allow change to occur in your life. When you are in a hypnotic state, you have increased focus and you will be able to visualize yourself allowing things into your life. It is a powerful exercise and it will dramatically help you to attract change into your life!

Establishing an Exercise Routine

Exercise

As cold weather rips through most of the nation, you may find it difficult to stick with your exercise routine. I don’t want you to lose motivation now! There are plenty of tools you can use to help you stick with your exercise goals, including the Law of Attraction.

I like to have different exercises planned for different weather conditions, so that I never have an excuse to not workout. I then visualize myself doing these workouts and feeling good about doing them.

I have 3 locations where I workout: the gym, outside, and in my home. When it’s nice outside, I like to go for walks or ride a bike. When it’s cold, I go to the gym. And if it’s snowing or if I’m strapped for time, I exercise in my house. Even if I only have 20 minutes, I can get a good workout in.

I am a firm believer in using the Law of Attraction for exercise. The more frequently I exercise, the more I like it. It’s the time during my day where I can focus on improving my health and attracting energy into my life. I hope that this post has encouraged you to be active today!

New Year 2011

It’s that time of year again. Like most people you have probably made a couple resolutions for 2011. It’s been one week and hopefully you are still going strong in your commitment to your resolution.

Did you know that most people give up on their resolution by January 21st? That’s because it takes 3 weeks to form a habit and if you have not solidified your resolution into your daily life, it can be challenging to stick with it!

However, you can attract change into your life in 2011. It takes persistence and aligning your intentions with the universe. The Law of Attraction will help you stick to your resolutions this year. The more you focus good and positive energy on change, the more you will get in return from the universe.

You are in control of your life and you can make major changes if that is your goal. Whether you want to lose weight, find a job, be more productive, or reduce stress in your life, the Law of Attraction will help you reach your goals and it will help you stick with your resolutions this year!
