New Year 2011

It’s that time of year again. Like most people you have probably made a couple resolutions for 2011. It’s been one week and hopefully you are still going strong in your commitment to your resolution.

Did you know that most people give up on their resolution by January 21st? That’s because it takes 3 weeks to form a habit and if you have not solidified your resolution into your daily life, it can be challenging to stick with it!

However, you can attract change into your life in 2011. It takes persistence and aligning your intentions with the universe. The Law of Attraction will help you stick to your resolutions this year. The more you focus good and positive energy on change, the more you will get in return from the universe.

You are in control of your life and you can make major changes if that is your goal. Whether you want to lose weight, find a job, be more productive, or reduce stress in your life, the Law of Attraction will help you reach your goals and it will help you stick with your resolutions this year!

Positive Change

The fact that you are reading this blog right now, probably means you want to make changes in your life. As human beings, we all strive for improvement and this usually happens as a result of change. But sometimes change seems nearly impossible.

That’s where the Law of Attraction comes in. The Law of Attraction will help you facilitate change in your life faster and easier than you ever thought possible. Two of the most powerful aspects of the Law of Attraction are believing in yourself and visualizing positive change in your future.

You must believe in the power of the Law of Attraction in order for the universe to help you make changes in your life. Once you believe in this power, you can focus your attention on attracting change into your life. There are a lot of ways in which to do this and you will find the methods that work the best for you such as visualization, meditation, self-hypnosis, mind-movies, vision boards, and many others.

You have the ability to make the smallest change or the biggest change in your life. No change is too big or too drastic for the Law of Attraction. Set the bar high and reach for your dreams and soon you will be living the life you have been dreaming of.


Increase Focus

The Law of Attraction can help you attract focus and concentration in your life. It is important to be able to attract focus whenever you need it and luckily the Law of Attraction can help you. When you need to concentrate on a certain project or stay focused on a specific goal, you can attract the concentration you need.

Currently, you are probably needing extra focus and concentration to continue to stick with your New Year’s resolutions. It takes time to reevaluate your priorities to make sure you commit yourself to your resolutions. You can use the Law of Attraction to attract focus in your life.

If you are trying to make major changes in your life such as losing weight or quitting smoking, you will need focus in your life. You will need to focus on the positive instead of the negative and you will need to concentrate on taking steps forward instead of backward.

The best way to increase focus and concentration is to experience it. When you focus your attention for a few minutes, but you want more time to focus you can ask the universe for more focus. Just a few minutes a day of creating positive energy by concentrating on your goals, will help you attract even more focus into your life.

I want to encourage you to take 5-10 minutes out of your day to prioritize your goals and focus on where you are heading with your goals. This will help you attract more focus from the universe and it will also help you attract your ultimate goals.

The Law of Attraction is a great tool to use to get motivated! Motivation comes from inner strength. However, when you are having a hard time finding your inner motivation, the Law of Attraction can be your inner strength and will help you get motivated to meet your goals.

Having motivation to meet your goals can be simple when you use the Law of Attraction to increase motivation. Focusing your positive energy on your goals will give you increased motivation. It is also very important to make your goals clear to the universe. It will help to write them down and ask the universe everyday to give you motivation to meet your goals.

One of the most important things you can do to attract motivation into your life is to keep a positive attitude. Positive thoughts and positive emotions in regards to your goals will help you attract your goals that much quickly with the Law of Attraction. Your thoughts, emotions, and actions define what you will get back from the universe. I want to encourage you to be as positive as possible.

It is especially important for you to attract motivation to keep your New Year’s resolutions. Many people start to give up on their New Year’s resolutions after the first week, but I want you to feel motivated and encouraged to stick with your resolutions and gain motivation until you reach your goal!

The most difficult thing about making New Year’s resolutions is keeping them until you accomplish them. A lot of people lose motivation after just a week or two, but you don’t have to let this happen to you. You can use the Law of Attraction to stay motivated to reach your goals.

The way you approach your New Year’s resolution will help you reach your goals. You can make small goals that will help you reach the ultimate resolution. Make several short-term goals that will help you stay on track. A lot of people give up after just a few weeks. You can use the Law of Attraction to attract motivation in reaching each of your short-term goals.

Many resolutions take months or years to reach. Using the Law of Attraction will help you stay on track so that you stay motivated and you continue to have belief in yourself. Instead of using the term ‘New Years resolutions,’ I prefer using the term ‘lifestyle change.’ Most people who make resolutions vow to stop smoking, lose weight, or make a major change in their life. These goals do not require a temporary change, it requires a permanent lifestyle change in order to achieve the ultimate goal.

Remember, meeting your resolutions depends on your ability to permanently change your lifestyle. The Law of Attraction will make it easier for you to meet your goals. Making small changes and wanting to meet your ultimate goal can help you go very far with the Law of Attraction. You can create positive energy for the universe to help you.

Another important thing to remember is to not get discouraged by setbacks. If you make a mistake and experience a setback every now and then, realize that you have not failed. All you have to do is pick yourself up again and keep moving forward. You can use the Law of Attraction to continue to move forward. It will help you attract your goals, meet your resolutions, and make permanent changes to your lifestyle.
