
Self-hypnosis is a very simple technique to use that will help you incorporate the Law of Attraction. Hypnosis allows you to relax both physically and mentally and while you are using hypnosis, you will be creating positive energy for the universe. Hypnosis uses positive affirmations and suggestions to help you make changes in your life and will help you attract anything you want into your life.
You will first want to find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. This place can be a quiet nook in your home or if you are at work, it can be at your desk while you take a break. The second step is to think about a relaxing place in your mind. This can be the beach, a mountain, a lake, or any other place you find peaceful. You should then notice all the small details about this location using your five senses. Be sure to incorporate sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. You should think about this place for about five minutes while you relax.
The third step is to visualize a downward movement. It can be the sun setting or you walking down some steps. Count down from 10 to 1 and as you or the sun get lower, you become more and more relaxed with every movement. This is known as the deepening and it is supposed to make you feel more and more relaxed.
The fourth step is to give yourself as many powerful and positive affirmations as you can. Think about what you want to change. Focus on the positive only. Visualize yourself making the changes and how those changes will impact your life in the future. This step should be about 5-10 minutes. Next, I suggest you pause and focus on a moment of silence.
The fifth and last step is trance termination. This will end the hypnosis session. Tell yourself that you will count from 1 to 3 and as you do, you will become more alert. Next, count out loud and focus on becoming more and more alert with each number.
This self-hypnosis session can take as little as 10 minutes or as long as you would like. It is very beneficial in attracting things into your life and it helps promote change. I encourage you to give it a try and incorporate it into your life along with other Law of Attraction techniques.
