As a clinical hypnotherapist, I am fully aware of the benefits that hypnosis can bring you. I hope that I am able to convey to you how you can incorporate hypnosis into your life to make amazing changes.

Hypnosis is not a state where you become a zombie. It’s a relaxed state where you have increased focus and you are more suggestible. It enables you to access your subconscious mind and program it for change. It’s a powerful exercise and a great resource to use with the Law of Attraction.

You can either practice self-hypnosis or you can use pre-recorded CD’s and MP3’s to help you make hypnosis a part of your life. It’s similar to meditation and it promotes peace and tranquility in your life. When you practice hypnosis you will create positive energy for the universe and the universe will help you attract wonderful things into your life.

If you are interested in hypnosis, then I want to encourage you to learn more about it and start practicing it on yourself. You will be amazed at the changes you are capable of when you put your mind in action.

Self-Hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is a great tool to use along with the Law of Attraction. Self-hypnosis puts you in a state of consciousness that allows you to have intense focus and concentration. This allows you to think about attracting wonderful things into your life.

I practice self-hypnosis everyday. I take 10-20 minutes out of my day to ask the universe to help me attract certain things into my life. I usually focus on one thing per day. Hypnosis creates positive vibrations within me, which help me attract what I want.

Anyone can practice self-hypnosis. All you have to do is be in a quiet place, learn to quiet your mind, and reach a deep state of concentration. It’s a wonderful exercise to help you attract things into your life.

If you want to lose weight, buy your dream house, improve your health, or get a promotion, you can use hypnosis to focus your energy on asking for it and soon you will be attracting it into your life.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a great technique to use with the Law of Attraction. I’ve been practicing hypnotherapy for 25 years and I know it can help change your life. Luckily, you don’t need a hypnotherapist in order to use hypnosis. You can teach yourself and it is called self-hypnosis.

You can achieve a light hypnotic state in 5 minutes. It is easy to practice and master. Practicing hypnosis has many benefits with the Law of Attraction. The state of hypnosis is a relaxing state where you have heightened concentration and focus. This time allows you to put extreme focus on asking the universe for what you want.

Another major benefit of hypnosis is that it can help you break down barriers. When you are in a hypnotic state, suggestions and affirmations go directly to your subconscious mind. This can help you overcome fears, mental barriers, physical barriers, and anything else that may be blocking you from reaching your goals or preventing you from change.

Self-Hypnosis

A great exercise to incorporate into your life is hypnosis. Self-hypnosis works very well with the Law of Attraction. It helps you attract great things into your life. It’s relaxing and creates powerful vibrations to help you get what you want.

Self-hypnosis can take just 15 minutes a day. Find a quiet place to practice, it can be in your home, at work, in a park, or any where you feel comfortable. It can be anytime, in the morning, before bed, or the middle of the afternoon.

Hypnotherapy allows you to increase concentration and focus on what you want. You can use affirmations to help you focus on making positive changes in your life. Self-hypnosis is often used in science to help people control stress. Learning to control anxiety and stress has numerous benefits on your health and in your life.

The great thing about practicing self-hypnosis is the positive energy that you create as a result from focusing on what you want. The universe will notice the powerful vibrations that you create and this will help you attract what you want with the Law of Attraction.

I suggest you put aside just 15 minutes a day to practice self-hypnosis. You will quickly begin to notice a change within yourself. You will be more calm and focused and ready to make changes in your life!

Attraction and Self-Hypnosis

Self-Hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is a very simple technique to use that will help you incorporate the Law of Attraction. Hypnosis allows you to relax both physically and mentally and while you are using hypnosis, you will be creating positive energy for the universe. Hypnosis uses positive affirmations and suggestions to help you make changes in your life and will help you attract anything you want into your life.

You will first want to find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. This place can be a quiet nook in your home or if you are at work, it can be at your desk while you take a break. The second step is to think about a relaxing place in your mind. This can be the beach, a mountain, a lake, or any other place you find peaceful. You should then notice all the small details about this location using your five senses. Be sure to incorporate sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. You should think about this place for about five minutes while you relax.

The third step is to visualize a downward movement. It can be the sun setting or you walking down some steps. Count down from 10 to 1 and as you or the sun get lower, you become more and more relaxed with every movement. This is known as the deepening and it is supposed to make you feel more and more relaxed.

The fourth step is to give yourself as many powerful and positive affirmations as you can. Think about what you want to change. Focus on the positive only. Visualize yourself making the changes and how those changes will impact your life in the future. This step should be about 5-10 minutes. Next, I suggest you pause and focus on a moment of silence.

The fifth and last step is trance termination. This will end the hypnosis session. Tell yourself that you will count from 1 to 3 and as you do, you will become more alert. Next, count out loud and focus on becoming more and more alert with each number.

This self-hypnosis session can take as little as 10 minutes or as long as you would like. It is very beneficial in attracting things into your life and it helps promote change. I encourage you to give it a try and incorporate it into your life along with other Law of Attraction techniques.
