The amazing thing about the Law of Attraction is that you can attract anything you want! No goal is too large and no dream is too big. Determining what you want may be easy or hard for you. Some people know exactly what they want while others feel that something is missing, but they’re not sure what.

I want to encourage you to focus on what you want to attract. Whether it’s a luxury good like a car or a house or it’s something intangible such as weight loss or finding your ideal career, you may need to spend some time determining what you want in your life.

You deserve to live your best life with what you want in your life. All you have to do is manifest it into your life using the principles and steps we out line in our book, You Can Attract It. You are capable of achieving spectacular things in your life and you can use the Law of Attraction to help you on your journey!

New Year 2011

It’s that time of year again. Like most people you have probably made a couple resolutions for 2011. It’s been one week and hopefully you are still going strong in your commitment to your resolution.

Did you know that most people give up on their resolution by January 21st? That’s because it takes 3 weeks to form a habit and if you have not solidified your resolution into your daily life, it can be challenging to stick with it!

However, you can attract change into your life in 2011. It takes persistence and aligning your intentions with the universe. The Law of Attraction will help you stick to your resolutions this year. The more you focus good and positive energy on change, the more you will get in return from the universe.

You are in control of your life and you can make major changes if that is your goal. Whether you want to lose weight, find a job, be more productive, or reduce stress in your life, the Law of Attraction will help you reach your goals and it will help you stick with your resolutions this year!

Your goals are very important to you. Whether you want to lose weight, have more confidence, get the job of your dreams, or enjoy life more. No matter what your goals are, large or small, the Law of Attraction will help you manifest your goals into your life.

Manifestation is powerful and you have the ability to control what comes into your life. If you feel as though bad things are constantly entering your life, this is because your focus and intention is on negative things. When you shift this focus onto positive things, positive things come into your life.

I have lived this path first-hand. I know what it is like for negative experiences to keep entering my life. However, I also know what it is like to completely change the way I feel about myself and how I view the world around me. By making some changes I was able to attract amazing and powerful things into my life.

I created my own wealth, success, health, and happiness. It took time. It took focus. It took patience, but most importantly, I did not give up. I never gave up on myself. I believe whole-heartedly that the Law of Attraction helped me be who I am today. I strive to improve myself and the lives of others through my work. I hope to encourage you to manifest your goals into your life.

It’s that time of year… Fall is in the air and the holidays are right around the corner. Losing weight tends to be put on the back burner this time of year. But I want to encourage you to stick to your weight loss goals or even start a new lifestyle right now instead of waiting.

The holidays tend to revolve around a lot of parties and food. You are in complete control over what you eat and the Law of Attraction will help you make the right choices during this holiday season. A technique that I want to encourage you to use is visualization. Imagine yourself at a party with a lot of food. See yourself eating the healthy options. Imagine only wanting small portions and making the right choices.

Prepare yourself mentally for healthy eating choices. A lot of people gain weight during the holidays, but you can actually get a jump start on making the right decisions and actually lose weight this time of year. You will feel much better when the New Year comes along and you have less weight to lose instead of more.

Losing weight isn’t easy. That’s why I want to give you all the tools and techniques to help you in your weight loss goals. Visualize yourself weighing less and being healthy. You can manifest your goals into your life easily with the Law of Attraction.

You can also seek out support groups in your area or online to help you. Whether you are trying to reach a goal such as weight loss or quit smoking or if you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a support group can help you heal.

You are capable of reaching your goals and overcoming major challenges. You do not have to go it alone. You can receive help and reach your goals. The Law of Attraction will help you along the way and can change your life for the better.

I am a natural health advocate and I have seen first hand, how lifestyle changes can positively effect one’s health. If you want to improve your heath, then I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to help you attract positive change into your life.

The first thing you must do is define your health goals. You must approach your health from several angles because many things effect it. For example, the food you eat, exercise, activity level, lifestyle choices and the amount of sleep you get all influence your health.

You must take a look at all of these areas and realize where you can make improvements. Ask yourself what changes you would like to see. Perhaps you want to lose weight or maybe you want to reduce the number of time you get sick each year. Or maybe you want more energy.

No matter what your reasons are for wanting to be healthier, realize that you can ask the universe to help you reach your health goals. Changing your lifestyle requires action and attraction from the universe.

Goals

Goals are a very important part of your life. Without goals, you can lack direction and focus in your life. Both short-term and long-term goals are important because it will help you stay on track.

I want you to take a few moments and think of a major goal that you accomplished. Think of that time in your life when you felt a great sense of achievement because you reached your goal. It can be anything, graduating college, completing a marathon, losing weight, quitting smoking, etc.

Now think about the smaller steps you had to take in order to get to that point. Realize that a lot of short-term goals can help you reach your long term goals. Approaching your dreams in smaller steps will help you feel as though your goals are within your reach… because they are!

Every day, you can use the Law of Attraction to visualize accomplishing both your short-term and long-term goals. Visualize reaching and achieving what you want in life and feel the positive feelings that are a result of accomplishing your goals. This will help you attract your goals into your life.

Success

We all want to be successful. However, we all have different levels of success and different hopes and dreams for our future.

You also have to be aware of the things you don’t want. You don’t want failure or rejection, so you cannot focus any energy on these negative aspects. Your focus must always be on the positive because that is how you create more positive things in your life.

When you ask the universe for success, you must be as specific as possible. You have to know what you want. What do you want to succeed at? What are your goals? How will you know when you are a success? How do you define success? These are all questions you should consider using the Law of Attraction to attract success.

If you have a fear of success, the Law of Attraction is a great tool to use to overcome your fears. Many people are held back from accomplishing their dreams because they are scared they won’t succeed. But you have to keep pushing forward. Setbacks might occur, but you will learn from them and move on. The Law of Attraction will help you achieve your goals and become the success you have dreamed of!

Wealth and money: we all seem to be obsessed with it. But how often have you really taken notice of your thoughts, emotions, and actions and how they impact your financial status? I am here to help you open your eyes and help you attract wealth with the Law of Attraction.

The following influence your thoughts, feelings, and actions in relation to wealth:

–your paychecks
–paying bills
–spending money
–your wallet
–writing checks
–receipts
–bank statements
–saving money
–and many more!

These are just a few possibilities, but I’m guessing you think about at least one of these things every single day. Are you at all apprehensive or negative when you perform one of these actions or think about them? If so, you might be contributing to lack of wealth in your life.

The key to attracting wealth into your life is having positive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in relation to wealth and money. Your intentions must be in alignment with want you want. Creating positive thoughts when you handle your money will take you far in attracting more wealth into your life.

Today marks the first day of summer! Summertime might be just what you need to attract things into your life. For many people, summertime conjures up positive memories of their childhood. A time when life was more carefree and school was out.

Life as an adult is more demanding with responsibilities, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your happiness. I want to encourage you to use this time to think about what you might change about your life. Ask yourself the following questions:

What would make you happier?
What goals do you have to meet in order to accomplish it?
What is stopping you?
How are you going to attract this into your life?

The Law of Attraction is very powerful. I know, because I use it in my life and it has helped me tremendously. It helps to analyze what you want to attract, so that you leave no stone unturned. Focus on the positive things that will help you reach your goals. There is no better time to start attracting things into your life!
