Establishing an Exercise Routine

As cold weather rips through most of the nation, you may find it difficult to stick with your exercise routine. I don’t want you to lose motivation now! There are plenty of tools you can use to help you stick with your exercise goals, including the Law of Attraction.

I like to have different exercises planned for different weather conditions, so that I never have an excuse to not workout. I then visualize myself doing these workouts and feeling good about doing them.

I have 3 locations where I workout: the gym, outside, and in my home. When it’s nice outside, I like to go for walks or ride a bike. When it’s cold, I go to the gym. And if it’s snowing or if I’m strapped for time, I exercise in my house. Even if I only have 20 minutes, I can get a good workout in.

I am a firm believer in using the Law of Attraction for exercise. The more frequently I exercise, the more I like it. It’s the time during my day where I can focus on improving my health and attracting energy into my life. I hope that this post has encouraged you to be active today!

Happy Labor day to everyone! As many of you already know, one of my main passions in life is natural health. And one of the biggest contributors to living a healthy lifestyle is exercise. I cannot tell you enough, just how life-changing regular exercise can be!

Working out most days of the week will make you feel good, look good, give you more energy, and give you more confidence. There are very few things in life can help you the way exercise can!

Today, I want to encourage you to get in 30 minutes of exercise. Whether it’s going for a walk, playing basketball in the driveway, riding a bike, swimming at the beach, or anything else that gives your heart rate a little boost.

Exercising tells the universe that you want to live a more healthy lifestyle. It also says that you want to feel good about yourself and accomplish your goals. The Law of Attraction is very powerful and it will give you the ability to live a healthier lifestyle!

Exercising is an important part of life. If you look back 100 years ago, people had to work hard to get their food either by hunting or working the land. They didn’t have the common luxuries that we take advantage of today. They also didn’t have as many processed foods or fast food restaurants.  With changes in our physical activity and eating habits, makes regular exercise a very important part of our daily routine.

With the approval from your doctor you should aim to get exercise most days of the week. The benefits of exercise are numerous including improving overall health, blood pressure, cholesterol, body image, energy, and stress levels.

If you want to enjoy exercising, you can use the Law of Attraction to help you make it a part of your life… and enjoy it! You can ask the universe to make exercise fun for you. When you exercise, keep a positive attitude because the universe will help you enjoy it more when you create positive energy.

There are many different forms of exercise and you can start out small and slowly increase your time. Go ahead and get 20 minutes of exercise today. You’ll be glad you did!

Cholesterol builds in arteries in the form of plaque. After time, plaque can narrow the arteries and possibly block them. In the long term, having high cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. If you have a history of high cholesterol in your family, if you eat a lot of high-fat foods, or if you are overweight, you should know your cholesterol numbers.

You can find out what your cholesterol is by going to the doctor and requesting a blood test. They will take some blood and you will find out within a week or two what your cholesterol level is.

If you want to have a better body image, you need to look no farther than the Law of Attraction. The first step is to be honest with yourself. Do you need to lose weight? Or are you in your ideal weight range, but you want improved body image? You probably fall into one of these two categories.

Next you want to figure out your body mass index (BMI). For your height and bone structure, there is a range of weight that is healthy for you. You can do this by asking your doctor or you can figure it out online using a BMI calculator.

Then you can start using the Law of Attraction to either reach a healthier BMI by eating right, exercising, and asking the universe for it or you can work on improving your body image. We are all bombarded by the so called “ideal image” in magazines and on TV. However, that is not the norm. Celebrities and models are airbrushed, they have surgery, and they have personal trainers to make them look that way.

You deserve to feel good about yourself and you can use the Law of Attraction to help you achieve this. Feeling good about yourself as much as possible will help you achieve a better body image. Looking at yourself and feeling positive will give powerful energy to the universe and soon you will feel good about your body!

Healthy Life

Your health is very important. It takes being sick to fully appreciate the value of health. I am a natural health expert and I have done A LOT of research on how to stay healthy using alternative forms of medicine. Sure, I go to the doctor, but I am going to do everything in my power to prevent illnesses. And I’m here to teach you how to prevent getting sick with the Law of Attraction.

Are you aware that your mental thoughts are just as important in preventing illness as staying fit and eating right? When you are stressed, your immune system is compromised and it becomes more difficult to fight off illness. You can use the Law of Attraction to manifest a healthy life where you very rarely get sick.

Imagine not being out of commission several times a year due to a cold or the flu. We’ve all been there before, laying in bed sick and being absolutely miserable. The key is visualization. See your body as being resistant to germs. See your immune system attacking negative bacteria and viruses.

Anything you can change in your lifestyle to promote health will dramatically improve your overall health for the better. You can take Vitamin C, eat a lot of vegetables, and be physically active! Remember, you are in charge of your health and the Law of Attraction can help.

Lower Blood Pressure

If you have high blood pressure, then you must take action toward lowering it. It does not matter what your personality is like, many people assume that anxious and high strung people are more prone to high blood pressure, but this is not the case. If you are not aware of your blood pressure numbers, I want to encourage you to have it checked.

Lowering your blood pressure can help your heart pump more efficiently, reduce build up on artery walls, and it helps deliver oxygen rich blood to your entire body. When blood pressure is high, your heart and the rest of your body has to work much harder and this puts stress on your body.

You can use the Law of Attraction to help you lower your blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure, you need to reduce stress, increase exercise, and eat right. Ask the universe to help you in these areas. When you make changes in your life involving these three key areas, you will be telling the universe that you want to lower your blood pressure and improve your quality of life.

I have used the Law of Attraction to lower my blood pressure and it worked for me. I want to insure that I keep my body healthy and functioning efficiently. I ask the universe to help me make the right decisions in my life that will enhance my health. Realize that you are in control and you can manifest lower blood pressure in your life.


Springtime and Accomplishing Goals

Springtime is a time for renewal. Now is a great time to make new goals, accomplish old goals, and a perfect time to attract wonderful things into your life with the Law of Attraction. I don’t know about you, but I always feel a lot more motivation in the springtime. I think it has to do with the nice weather. I think now is a better time to make resolutions instead of the New Year.

The spring time is a great time to get organized! I’m sure you have heard about spring cleaning. It’s when you go through the things in your house and get rid of the things you don’t need or use anymore. This can be a powerful exercise for the Law of Attraction. By de-cluttering your life, you are telling the universe that you are getting rid of the old and making room for the new. I want to encourage you to do some form of spring cleaning whether it’s organization, donating, or throwing away items.

Springtime is also a great time to become more active. The weather is nice and there are more daylight hours later in the day. It is a great time to go for a walk, run, bike ride, or any other physical activity outdoors. Enjoy the sunshine and warmer temperature. Let spring motivate you in accomplishing all of your workout goals!

Another great aspect of springtime is the fresh produce available. Use this time to experiment with fresh, healthy, and in-season foods. Remember, eating right is a permanent lifestyle change. Doing a complete change in the springtime is perfect because of the access to fresh foods and new found motivation!
