Exercising is an important part of life. If you look back 100 years ago, people had to work hard to get their food either by hunting or working the land. They didn’t have the common luxuries that we take advantage of today. They also didn’t have as many processed foods or fast food restaurants.  With changes in our physical activity and eating habits, makes regular exercise a very important part of our daily routine.

With the approval from your doctor you should aim to get exercise most days of the week. The benefits of exercise are numerous including improving overall health, blood pressure, cholesterol, body image, energy, and stress levels.

If you want to enjoy exercising, you can use the Law of Attraction to help you make it a part of your life… and enjoy it! You can ask the universe to make exercise fun for you. When you exercise, keep a positive attitude because the universe will help you enjoy it more when you create positive energy.

There are many different forms of exercise and you can start out small and slowly increase your time. Go ahead and get 20 minutes of exercise today. You’ll be glad you did!

Cholesterol builds in arteries in the form of plaque. After time, plaque can narrow the arteries and possibly block them. In the long term, having high cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. If you have a history of high cholesterol in your family, if you eat a lot of high-fat foods, or if you are overweight, you should know your cholesterol numbers.

You can find out what your cholesterol is by going to the doctor and requesting a blood test. They will take some blood and you will find out within a week or two what your cholesterol level is.

If you have high cholesterol (total cholesterol over 220), realize that you can naturally lower it by making positive changes in your life. The Law of Attraction can help you make major lifestyle changes so that your cholesterol lowers to a safe level.

Changing your physical activity level and eating habits can dramatically improve your cholesterol. When you make changes, the universe notices and will grant you lower cholesterol. Making simple changes now may just save your life!

Reduce Cholesterol

42 million Americans have high cholesterol while 63 million Americans have borderline high cholesterol. These are serious statistics. However you can take action using the Law of Attraction to lower your cholesterol within normal levels. Ideally, your total cholesterol level should be under 200.

Cholesterol builds up in your arteries and has many negative health risks including heart attack and stroke. It’s also important to know your high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL). HDL actually acts as a sweeper of bad protein out of your arteries so it is better to have high HDL and low HDL.

If you have high or borderline high cholesterol, then I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction and ask the universe to help you lower it. By visualizing good cholesterol cleaning your arteries you can help improve your cholesterol.

You can do two things to help reduce your total cholesterol levels. You can eat right by including a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet and reducing the amount of saturated fat. This will help you lower your LDL. At the same time, incorporating physical activity into your life will help you raise HDL.

You are your own creator and you can dramatically improve your health with the Law of Attraction!

Radiant Health

Good health is an imperative part of life. However, with the Law of Attraction you can create better than average health, you can create perfect and radiant health. I am a consumer health advocate and I believe very strongly in the positive benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to attract healthy living and radiant health.

How do you define perfect health? Perhaps perfect health means a certain weight. Or maybe it means certain blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Maybe it means reducing or eliminating prescription drugs. Go ahead and create your own definition of radiant health. Customize it to your lifestyle and medical needs and then write down this definition and start attracting it into your life.

Making just small changes that follow your definition of radiant health with help you move in the right direction. Making changes to your eating habits and activity level will tell the universe what you want to attract. Any change that creates positive energy in your life will help you reach your goal.

Although it can take time to achieve your goal, simple and small changes can make dramatic differences in your overall health. Exercise and healthy eating will help you. Realize that you may not be able to make perfect choices all the time, but the Law of Attraction will help you make the right choices and achieve radiant health.

Many of you using the Law of Attraction are probably using this miracle process to attract better health. I applaud you for taking your health into your own hands. Your health is extremely important and you should do everything in your power to live a healthy lifestyle.

If you have high cholesterol, you can use the principles we have outlined in our book to lower your cholesterol with the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction has healing powers.

The first thing you will want to do is create positive thoughts and energy for the universe. Believe in yourself and your ability to lower cholesterol naturally. Be your biggest supporter, because you can do this. You already know that you do not want high cholesterol. What you do want is low cholesterol and you can incorporate powerful techniques to receive low cholesterol from the universe.

You have already figured out what you do not want and what you do want. Next, you will need to ask the universe for low cholesterol. The best way to do this is to remain positive first and foremost. Also, through self-hypnosis or meditation, with visualization, picture your arteries becoming clear of cholesterol. This will tell the universe exactly what you want, lower cholesterol.

Any lifestyle changes that you can make will tell the universe that you want to lower cholesterol. This includes adding exercise to your daily routine. Exercise can have a major impact on your cholesterol, plus it creates positive energy, so it is a win-win situation.

Another lifestyle change you can make is to eat healthier. Eliminate foods that are high in saturated fat and cholesterol. Be more aware of what foods you put into your mouth and make sure you check nutrition labels. Eating right tells the universe that you are serious about wanting low cholesterol. Eating healthy will naturally lower your cholesterol and the Law of Attraction will help you reduce your cholesterol even more.
