Meet your Dream Date this Holiday Season

Holiday Gathering

The holiday season is a great time to meet new people. Friends are having social get-togthers, employers are having holiday parties, and you can even throw a party of your own. If you are on the dating scene, now is a great time to meet your dream date.

Don’t turn down any invitation because you never know who you will meet. Even if you have two events to go to in one night, try to go to both and meet everyone there. Visualize yourself at parties and social events. Imagine talking to a lot of new and interesting people. Use visualization to attract your dream date this holiday season. Imagine what they look like and the conversation you will have and attract this person into your life.

A great way to meet new people is to also throw your own party. Encourage everyone you invite to bring someone you do not know. This makes for a fun time where you meet new people and make new friends.

Remember, the Law of Attraction works with you having a positive attitude. Being happy and cheerful during the holidays is infectious and it will help you attract your dream date into your life.


Black Friday and the Law of Attraction

Black Friday Shopping

Black Friday in the United States is today. It’s the day after Thanksgiving and marks the beginning of holiday shopping. Many stores offer promotional sales and open their doors very early.

When buying gifts for the holiday season, it’s important to keep the holiday spirit in mind. There are positive and negative aspects to Black Friday. The positives include great deals, getting shopping done early in the season, and time to think about others. The negative aspects include traffic jams, waiting in line, and the day can be stressful.

If you are shopping today, I want to encourage you to keep a positive attitude. Don’t let stress, aggression, or road rage take over. Instead, focus on the idea of giving and be thankful for the good deals you are receiving.

The Law of Attraction is all about focusing on the positive. When you focus on enjoying yourself and giving to others, good things will come into your life. Use today as the beginning of the Holiday season, to be thankful for what you have and get into the Holiday spirit!!

Attracting Change

For most of you, change is a tough road. Many of your habits seem stuck in routine. However, there are always things that you can do to change and improve. No matter what you want to improve in your life, the Law of Attraction is a great way to attract change into your life, permanently.

A big part of the Law of Attraction is believing in yourself. If I can convince you of one thing in this blog post, it’s that you CAN change. Whether you have been smoking for for most of your life, unhappy, over weight, or sick, realize that you can turn your life around and it is never too late.

In our book, You Can Attract It, Steve and I discuss a 6 step process to help you attract change into your life. We give you all the tools, exercises, and techniques that will help you achieve amazing things. I believe in you and your power to improve your life, now all you have to do is believe in yourself too.

You deserve to live the life you want to live with all of the wonderful things this world has to offer. Believing in the Law of Attraction is powerful and you will become a stronger person when you put the Law of Attraction to work for yourself. You will see many wonderful changes!


Manifesting your Goals

Your goals are very important to you. Whether you want to lose weight, have more confidence, get the job of your dreams, or enjoy life more. No matter what your goals are, large or small, the Law of Attraction will help you manifest your goals into your life.

Manifestation is powerful and you have the ability to control what comes into your life. If you feel as though bad things are constantly entering your life, this is because your focus and intention is on negative things. When you shift this focus onto positive things, positive things come into your life.

I have lived this path first-hand. I know what it is like for negative experiences to keep entering my life. However, I also know what it is like to completely change the way I feel about myself and how I view the world around me. By making some changes I was able to attract amazing and powerful things into my life.

I created my own wealth, success, health, and happiness. It took time. It took focus. It took patience, but most importantly, I did not give up. I never gave up on myself. I believe whole-heartedly that the Law of Attraction helped me be who I am today. I strive to improve myself and the lives of others through my work. I hope to encourage you to manifest your goals into your life.

Giving Thanks

Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving is right around the corner! It is a day to give thanks and appreciation for everything that is good and wonderful in your life. Thanksgiving is about more than food, stress, and a day off from work. It is about being thankful and focusing on the positive.

Right now, I would like for you to take a moment and write down all of the things in your life that you are thankful for. You can jot it down on a post-it, a piece of paper, or you can type it in a document. The important thing is that you take 5-10 minutes out of your day to focus on what you are thankful for.

The Law of Attraction is all about manifesting wonderful things into your life. The exercise I asked you to do is one of the many things you can do to manifest more great things and experiences into your life.

I want you to have a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving next week and I know that you realize how important it is to be thankful for all of the positive things in your life. You have an entire day to focus your energy on your appreciation. Enjoy!

The Definition of Success

What is success? The dictionary defines it as a favorable or desired outcome. In other words, it is very vague. You must define your own success if you want to be successful. You must first ask yourself these general questions:

In what areas do I want to strive for success?
How will I know that I have reached success?

Make sure your definition includes who, what, when, why, where, and how. The more detailed you are, the more clear your goals will be.

Also, make sure your goals are attainable and measurable. Perhaps your long-term goal is to be a millionaire. If this is going to take you 5 years, then where do you want to be 1 year from now?

It is important that you make clear goals and define your success. No one can do this for you because you are the only person who can feel successful. Using the Law of Attraction will help you manifest success into your life. You can visualize it, ask for it, and make changes in your life that contribute to reaching your goals!


Losing Weight with LOA

It’s that time of year… Fall is in the air and the holidays are right around the corner. Losing weight tends to be put on the back burner this time of year. But I want to encourage you to stick to your weight loss goals or even start a new lifestyle right now instead of waiting.

The holidays tend to revolve around a lot of parties and food. You are in complete control over what you eat and the Law of Attraction will help you make the right choices during this holiday season. A technique that I want to encourage you to use is visualization. Imagine yourself at a party with a lot of food. See yourself eating the healthy options. Imagine only wanting small portions and making the right choices.

Prepare yourself mentally for healthy eating choices. A lot of people gain weight during the holidays, but you can actually get a jump start on making the right decisions and actually lose weight this time of year. You will feel much better when the New Year comes along and you have less weight to lose instead of more.

Losing weight isn’t easy. That’s why I want to give you all the tools and techniques to help you in your weight loss goals. Visualize yourself weighing less and being healthy. You can manifest your goals into your life easily with the Law of Attraction.

Letting Go of Stress

There are two different types of stress: external and internal. External factors include your job, finances, relationships, and any situation that comes up in your life. Internal factors include how you are able to cope with these external factors. Internal factors include mental well-being, emotional well-being, health, and sleep.

As human beings, we have a lot of stress, but we are able to adapt to very stressful situations. You have the ability to control both external and internal stresses in your life. Using the law of attraction, you can manifest less stress in your life and the ability to quickly and efficiently diminish stressful situations.

Have you ever met someone who seems completely unaffected by stressful situations? There are people who handle very difficult situations with ease and are still able to make good, quick decisions. You can attract this into your life using the Law of Attraction. Frank Mangano and I dedicate a portion of our book, You Can Attract It, to ways in which you can better handle stress.

The Law of Attraction can help you take control of both external and internal factors so that you lead a less stressful life. When you focus on the positive, you are able to see the positive side of everything, even in difficult and challenging situations.

Meaning in Life

Let’s face it, we all have a lot of responsibilities. And these responsibilities often take up all of our time, including any free time. This makes it difficult to partake in rewarding and meaningful experiences in life. However, you can use the Law of Attraction to find meaning in your life and to add new experiences.

The Law of Attraction is the idea that what you focus your intentions on will manifest into your life. It sounds hard to believe. How does wanting something evolve into creating something in my life?

Reaching goals and manifesting things in your life is more than taking action. It involves conscious and subconscious thoughts and emotions. And guess what? You have complete control over your thoughts and emotions. When you think positively, positive things will occur in your life.

I know the Law of Attraction works because I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for the Law of Attraction. I have completely changed my thought process now so that I very rarely have a negative thought. It has helped me find meaning in my life and I feel very satisfied by where I am in my life right now.

Improve your Body Image with the Law of Attraction!

Body Image

No matter what the number on the scale reads when you step on it, realize that you can improve how you feel about yourself simply by improving your body image. Whether you are a man or woman, young or old, too thin or overweight you have probably felt uncomfortable in your skin. The Law of Attraction can help you improve your image and boost your confidence.

We live in a very materialistic society where there is a lot of pressure for people to look a certain way. In reality, our society is extremely diverse and we all look different. I have helped a lot of people improve their body image. Everyone has likes and dislikes about their body and you can train yourself to only focus on the positive.

You can do this by using the Law of Attraction. I want to encourage you to stop reading this right now and write down 3 things you like about your appearance. Write them down, right now! Tape this piece of paper to your bathroom mirror to remind yourself everyday of the qualities that you like.

Feel free to add to the list! As you feel more and more comfortable with your body image, add things to your list that are pleasing you more and more. You are beautiful and you should appreciate yourself!
