No Complaints

Have you ever met someone who is constantly complaining about the things occurring in their life? Maybe it’s a friend, family member, or co-worker, but it’s hard to avoid their negativity. The reason why unfortunate things keep happening to them is because they keep complaining!

Complaints attract more negativity into your life, so it is important that you stop complaining. I want to encourage you to become more aware of when you are complaining. Because once you realize it’s a problem, you can focus on looking at the positive side.

Trust me on this: there is a positive side to everything. Instead of complaining when hitting traffic, think to yourself, at least I wasn’t involved in the accident that caused the traffic. Try to look on the bright side of every situation. Soon, you will see major changes in your attitude and what you are able to attract into your life.

Focusing on the positive and removing complaints from your life is a big step in the Law of Attraction. You are in control of your path in life and you can choose your experiences.

Attracting Joy

Life is all about joy and happiness! Whether you want to attract more overall happiness in your life or if you want to attract more enjoyable things and activities, realize that the Law of Attraction will help you achieve this.

You are your own creator and you can create more joy in your life. The first question you need to answer is: What brings you joy? Is it relaxing time to yourself, a specific career, spending time with your family, making money?

Think about all the things that bring joy into your life and write them down. Your list can have as few or as many things on it as you want. The next step is to focus on attracting those things into your life. Visualize your life with more joy. Every day I want you to feel the powerful feelings of joy. Every time you feel joyous, you will create vibrations that tell the universe you want to attract more joy into your life.

You deserve to be happy and you can use the Law of Attraction to attract more joy into your life.

Positive Change

The fact that you are reading this blog right now, probably means you want to make changes in your life. As human beings, we all strive for improvement and this usually happens as a result of change. But sometimes change seems nearly impossible.

That’s where the Law of Attraction comes in. The Law of Attraction will help you facilitate change in your life faster and easier than you ever thought possible. Two of the most powerful aspects of the Law of Attraction are believing in yourself and visualizing positive change in your future.

You must believe in the power of the Law of Attraction in order for the universe to help you make changes in your life. Once you believe in this power, you can focus your attention on attracting change into your life. There are a lot of ways in which to do this and you will find the methods that work the best for you such as visualization, meditation, self-hypnosis, mind-movies, vision boards, and many others.

You have the ability to make the smallest change or the biggest change in your life. No change is too big or too drastic for the Law of Attraction. Set the bar high and reach for your dreams and soon you will be living the life you have been dreaming of.

Whether you are single and you want to attract dates or you want to attract a special someone into your life, the Law of Attraction can help.

Love is a powerful force and you can attract it into your life. Focusing on the past and why past relationships did not work puts all of your energy toward negativity. However, when you focus on the future and how wonderful it can be, you will attract it into your life.

Visualization plays an important role in attracting dates or a significant other. Imagine what they look like, what their interests are, and how they make you feel whey you spend time with them. This will help you attract people into your life, people who you are compatible with.

Remember to be patient, it takes time for the Law of Attraction to work it’s magic. But realize that positive thoughts, emotions, and actions will help you attract positive people in your life.

The Law of Attraction is all about energy. Your thoughts, emotions, and behavior make energy. The more positive energy you create, the more positive things you will receive in your life. The same goes for negative energy. You do not want to attract negativity into your life!

Think of energy and vibrations like radio waves. You broadcast your energy to the universe. Your energy waves will seek those that are similar. When you send out your thoughts and emotions, they seek a match in the universe. This is why energy is so important to the Law of Attraction.

Once you realize that you are operating in a larger universe in which everything is buzzing with its own unique energy, you will understand why it is so important to control your thoughts and emotions. Each thought you think is almost like a signal to the universe that states, “I want more of this!”

I want to encourage you to be more aware of your energy and how it impacts your life. Realize that you can change negative into positive and attract what you want with your energy.


Using Hypnosis to Attract What you Want

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I am fully aware of the benefits that hypnosis can bring you. I hope that I am able to convey to you how you can incorporate hypnosis into your life to make amazing changes.

Hypnosis is not a state where you become a zombie. It’s a relaxed state where you have increased focus and you are more suggestible. It enables you to access your subconscious mind and program it for change. It’s a powerful exercise and a great resource to use with the Law of Attraction.

You can either practice self-hypnosis or you can use pre-recorded CD’s and MP3’s to help you make hypnosis a part of your life. It’s similar to meditation and it promotes peace and tranquility in your life. When you practice hypnosis you will create positive energy for the universe and the universe will help you attract wonderful things into your life.

People often ask us why Step Two in our book is so important. Step Two is Knowing What you do not Want. For a lot of people, step two is a moment when they realize why so many negative things are occurring in their lives. We wanted to convey that you are completely in charge of what you attract into your life whether it’s positive or negative.

Let’s look at an example. Let’s say that you don’t want to be struggling to pay your bills. This is something that you do not want to attract into your life. During step two, you will explore how your are attracting this negativity into your life. We show you different things to consider in your outlook.

You will be able to change the negative things that are attracting negativity into your life, into positive things to attract positive change into your life. Whatever is going wrong for you in your life, this is the step that will help you realize why you are attracting negativity and it will open doors for you to make changes.

The Law of Attraction is a powerful process and we know that step two will help open your eyes to the possibilities of attraction and change. No matter what negative things are occurring in your life, this step will help you look at it in a different way so that you can focus your energy on making positive changes.


The Importance of Giving

Giving back to others is a powerful way to attract positive things into your life. Giving not only helps other people in powerful ways, but it will also make you feel better. Giving creates positive energy and this energy will help you attract wonderful things into your life.

You can give back in many ways. You can donate your time, money, or items that you no longer have a use for. There are people in our world who get by with very little and you can dramatically improve their life by using your resources.

Giving can help you feel better about yourself. Knowing that you helped someone in either a small or big way can be very empowering. When you do things for people in need, you will be surprised at how it will impact your life.

I want you to do something to help someone else. You can donate items to Goodwill, volunteer at a homeless shelter, donate money to to fight cancer, send a package to a military service member, donate blood or any thing that involves giving back and helping others. Doing this will help you attract positive and powerful things from the Law of Attraction.


Defining your Health Goals

Health Goals

I am a natural health advocate and I have seen first hand, how lifestyle changes can positively effect one’s health. If you want to improve your heath, then I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to help you attract positive change into your life.

The first thing you must do is define your health goals. You must approach your health from several angles because many things effect it. For example, the food you eat, exercise, activity level, lifestyle choices and the amount of sleep you get all influence your health.

You must take a look at all of these areas and realize where you can make improvements. Ask yourself what changes you would like to see. Perhaps you want to lose weight or maybe you want to reduce the number of time you get sick each year. Or maybe you want more energy.

No matter what your reasons are for wanting to be healthier, realize that you can ask the universe to help you reach your health goals. Changing your lifestyle requires action and attraction from the universe.


Attract more Wealth into your Life!

Wealth is defined as having an abundance of possessions and resources. Financial wealth is just one part of being wealthy. Wealth also includes what you own, like a house, car, boat, clothes, furniture, and electronics. It includes access to people who help you manage your wealth. We all want to attract more wealth into our lives and you can use the Law of Attraction to do so!

I want to encourage you to think about wealth as more than just money. Money is also represented by things and services that enhance your abundance and wealth. Everyday, you should be visualizing not only the money you want to attract into your life, but the things you will buy with your increased wealth.

When attracting wealth with the Law of Attraction, focus on the positive things you want to do with the wealth you attract. For example, you may want to give some of your wealth in the form of charitable contributions. When you are a wealthy person, you are in the position of giving back to your community or an organization you wish to help.

Spending is a good thing, when you have the wealth to spend. Spending money on services provides jobs for others. Being wealthy allows you to give back to others while enjoying your life at the same time. The Law of Attraction will help you improve your life!
