Achieve your Goals

Goals are a very important part of your life. Without goals, you can lack direction and focus in your life. Both short-term and long-term goals are important because it will help you stay on track.

I want you to take a few moments and think of a major goal that you accomplished. Think of that time in your life when you felt a great sense of achievement because you reached your goal. It can be anything, graduating college, completing a marathon, losing weight, quitting smoking, etc.

Now think about the smaller steps you had to take in order to get to that point. Realize that a lot of short-term goals can help you reach your long term goals. Approaching your dreams in smaller steps will help you feel as though your goals are within your reach… because they are!

Every day, you can use the Law of Attraction to visualize accomplishing both your short-term and long-term goals. Visualize reaching and achieving what you want in life and feel the positive feelings that are a result of accomplishing your goals. This will help you attract your goals into your life.


Living Green

Go Green

In the past several years, it seems as though everyone has become more aware of the impact our lives have on the environment. People support the green movement for many reasons. Living green cuts down on waste, is safer and cleaner for the environment, and lessens our carbon footprint.

I believe that living green is a positive choice for the universe. It makes sense, that if you are more conscious of your impact, the more positive changes you will make in your life. Producing less waste tells the universe that you care about the Earth. The universe will take notice of the positive changes that you make and it will reward you for your choices.

You can also use the Law of Attraction to help you improve your green lifestyle. You can ask the universe to help you become more aware of your environment and your impact on your surroundings.

Living a green lifestyle can not only help the environment, but it can help you too. Buying local and organic food can help you eat healthier. Reusing items can help you de-clutter your home. The possibilities are endless and helpful to the environment and to your life!

Be Happy!

Attract Happiness

If there is one thing I’ve learned in my lifetime, it’s that happiness is the purpose of life. Nothing matters more than being happy. When you are happy, other areas of your life seem to fit into place. When you’re happy, you learn to not sweat the small stuff and everything seems to flow.

You probably fall into one of three categories. You’re either happy, could be happier, or not happy with the way things are in your life. If your happiness could improve, then I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to attract happiness into your life.

What makes you happy? What do you need to change in your life in order for you to be happy? Are there people in your life who are preventing you from being happy? These are all questions you should be able to answer when you ask the universe for happiness. Remember, you must be as specific as possible with the Law of Attraction, because that’s the only way the universe will help you attract it.

In order to attract happiness, I want you to do something everyday that makes you happy. It can be anything positive such as meditation, exercise, gardening, or watching a movie. When you are happy, you create positive energy and the universe will help you attract more happiness into your life.


Overcome your Fears

Overcoming Fears

Many people have fears that have a negative impact on their life. Examples of fears include success, rejection, failure, flying, public speaking, claustrophobia, and animals. Your fear does not have to have a negative impact on your life. You can use the Law of Attraction to attract peace and calm to face your fears.

Fears are deep rooted into the subconscious mind. Hypnosis and the Law of Attraction are great to use in order to overcome your fears. In our book, You Can Attract It, we discuss how you can overcome your fears quickly and easily. You can use hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious mind and use the Law of Attraction to attract peace into your life. The combination of the two is very powerful.

No matter what fear you are living with or how long you have been living with this fear, you can overcome it. Work on adding a positive attitude about your fear. Instead of cringing when you think about it, think positive and peaceful thoughts.

Techniques and exercises such as visualization, scripting, vision boards, and the movie-theater technique will help you overcome your fears. You no longer have to live in fear.

Enjoy Exercising

Exercising is an important part of life. If you look back 100 years ago, people had to work hard to get their food either by hunting or working the land. They didn’t have the common luxuries that we take advantage of today. They also didn’t have as many processed foods or fast food restaurants.  With changes in our physical activity and eating habits, makes regular exercise a very important part of our daily routine.

With the approval from your doctor you should aim to get exercise most days of the week. The benefits of exercise are numerous including improving overall health, blood pressure, cholesterol, body image, energy, and stress levels.

If you want to enjoy exercising, you can use the Law of Attraction to help you make it a part of your life… and enjoy it! You can ask the universe to make exercise fun for you. When you exercise, keep a positive attitude because the universe will help you enjoy it more when you create positive energy.

There are many different forms of exercise and you can start out small and slowly increase your time. Go ahead and get 20 minutes of exercise today. You’ll be glad you did!

Law of Attraction

Oftentimes, people ask how they will know when the Law of Attraction is working in their life. Everyone is going to have a different experience with the Law of Attraction, but it will be a positive one. In our book, You Can Attract It, Steve and I outline 6 important steps on attracting things into your life. With each step, you will notice changes:

Step One: Changing Negative Powers to Positive Powers, enables you to prepare a strong foundation for the Law of Attraction. Your ‘powers’ are your thoughts, emotions, and actions. During this step you should notice that you have a different and more positive outlook on your life.

Step Two: Know What You Do Not Want, enables you to acknowledge what is not working for you in your life. This step is often powerful because people realize that their negative thoughts and actions have created negative life experiences.

Step Three: Know What You Do Want, enables you to realize what you truly want to create in your life.

Step Four: Ask For It, during this step a lot of people will start to notices changes in their life. By simply asking for something, some people begin manifesting it right away. You might receive something smaller than what you are asking for. For example if you are asking for $100,000, this is the step that will help you get the ball rolling, so to speak.

Step Five: Allow It, for those people who have not begun to attract anything into their life, this step will fix that problem. Allowing good things into your life enables you to attract and receive.

Step Six: Receive It, this step may take days or years. If you ask for $100,000, you may receive it in the form of a promotion, raise, new business venture, or many other ways. The different ways in manifesting things into your life is limitless, but you will know when you have received it because you asked for specific things.


Using your Representational System to Get What you Want!

Representational Systems

If you are familiar with neurolinguistic programming (NLP), then you are probably aware of representational systems. Your representational system is what you use to represent the world around you. It usually involves one of the five senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell, or taste. The first three, sight, hearing, and touch are the most frequently used, with vision being the most common.

One of the reasons why visualization is often used in the Law of Attraction, is because a lot of people are visual and they ’see’ the world around them and can ‘envision’ their future. However, you may be very in tune with sounds, feelings, smells, and tastes as well. You can use any of these to attract wonderful things into your life.

I receive a lot of questions from people who aren’t visual and have a hard time using visualization. What they need to do is use their other representational systems. If someone wants to attract a new job into their life, they can visualize themselves doing the job, they can hear the interviewer say, “You’re hired,” or they can imagine the smells associated with the job.

The possibilities are endless. I want to encourage you to get in tune with your representational system and use it to you advantage in getting what you want.

Hope for Change

One of our customers who has read our book and has been using the Law of Attraction for a few months sent me an email the other day. I want to share it with you to show you that just how powerful the Law of Attraction is.

I am writing this email to tell you my success story with your book. I first learned about the book after seeing Steve on a morning show here in Charlotte. He inspired me to take action in my life and the first thing I did was buy the book.

I absorbed the book like a sponge, I read it in a couple of days and immediately started using your exercises and techniques. I then frequently went back to pages that I had marked as especially important in my life. I was out of work for 8 months and it was starting to wreak havoc on all areas of my life.

I was so focused on the negative aspects of not having a job, that it was causing me to be immobile. I gained motivation to go into work for myself, time and hard work are my strengths, so I decided to take advantage of that.

Appreciating What you Have

Whether you have already attracted what you want into your life using the Law of Attraction or if you are still working on attracting it, appreciation is an important part of the process. Appreciation is defined as the ability to grasp the nature, worth, quality, or significance of something.

To attract things into your life, you must show appreciation for what you already have and what you have been able to attract from the universe. Being thankful, grateful, and appreciative of what you have will create positive and powerful vibrations that will help you immensely get what you want using the Law of Attraction.

No matter what you are asking for from the universe, you can attract it by being appreciative of what you already have. When you show thankfulness for the good things you already have in your life, more goodness will come into your life.

The Law of Attraction is at its strongest when you create positive thoughts, feelings, and actions. Any positive change and thoughts that you create will help you attract wonderful things with the Law of Attraction.


Improving your Mental Health with the Law of Attraction

Improve Mental Health

It is estimated that over 15 million Americans suffer from depression. It is an illness that is treatable, and in most cases curable. If you are depressed, realize that the Law of Attraction can help you. If you are on medication or seeing a therapist, you should continue on the treatment your doctor has outlined for you. But realize that you can use the Law of Attraction in addition to these things to help you reach a better state.

The exercises that are used in the Law of Attraction promote improvement and peace. Exercises such as visualization, meditation, self-hypnosis, and scripting can help you improve your mental state.

Realize that if you are depressed, this is not a permanent state. You can and will improve and you can use the Law of Attraction to help you. Ask the universe everyday for improvement. Ask for happiness and contentment. Creating positive vibrations will help you get what you want.

The universe will help you with every positive step that you take toward improving your mental health. You are not alone in this and the Law of Attraction will support you.
