Memorial day is a day to remember all of the people who have lost their lives serving our country. It is a time to be thankful for the freedom we have and to be grateful that we live in a place where we can accomplish any goal we set out to accomplish.

Realize, that the only thing holding you back from reaching your dreams is yourself. We live in a country that allows us to rise above a checkered past. We’re allowed to get help if that is what we seek.

All of us want to live the American Dream. We all want to prosper and live a life full of abundance. We can use the Law of Attraction to achieve this. You are your own most powerful creator of good things in your life. You can attract amazing things into your life simply by having a great attitude and being thankful.

On this Memorial Day weekend, please stop and think about how wonderful your life is and how thankful you are to live in a country where you are free to reach for your dreams. This will help you create positive energy for the universe!

I like to mark Memorial Day as a new start. In many ways it signals the start of summer. It’s warmer outside, school is out or almost out, and it’s a great time to make changes in your life. If you have been putting goals on the back burner, now is the perfect time to re-focus your direction.

Whether you want to jump start a new workout routine, set business plans in place, or get a new job, this is a great time to attract it into your life. There is no better time than right now! You don’t need to put things off any longer because you can use the Law of Attraction to attract it into your life right now.

If a new start is what you want, then start today! Take action now so that you are one step closer to reaching your goal. If you want to exercise consistently, then go outside right now for a walk. If you want to attract a new job in your life, then send your resume out to 10 places today.

A positive attitude will carry you to great places in your life. The Law of Attraction will help you get what you want so that you can live the abundant life you have been dreaming about.

Cholesterol builds in arteries in the form of plaque. After time, plaque can narrow the arteries and possibly block them. In the long term, having high cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. If you have a history of high cholesterol in your family, if you eat a lot of high-fat foods, or if you are overweight, you should know your cholesterol numbers.

You can find out what your cholesterol is by going to the doctor and requesting a blood test. They will take some blood and you will find out within a week or two what your cholesterol level is.

If you have high cholesterol (total cholesterol over 220), realize that you can naturally lower it by making positive changes in your life. The Law of Attraction can help you make major lifestyle changes so that your cholesterol lowers to a safe level.

When people embark on using the Law of Attraction in their life, they often become filled with emotion. Many people feel excited, anxious, apprehensive, or empowered. It is important to put all negative feelings aside, because the Law of Attraction will only work for you if you allow it to.

If you have tried using the Law of Attraction in the past and it did not work for you, it’s probably because you didn’t follow our 6-step process. Each step must be followed before moving on to the next step.

A very important piece of advice that I can give you is: It takes time. The Law of Attraction takes time, but I promise you it will change your life in a profound way! Be patient with each step and make sure your intentions are in alignment with what you are asking for.

Positive Body Language

Body language is a powerful part of the Law of Attraction. You can help attract wonderful things into your life by using positive body language. Body language not only gives positive energy for the universe, but it gives you positive energy and can help you promote a more positive life.

Positive body language includes straight posture while sitting and standing. You can say a lot by your back posture. Having bad posture can bring about a negative attitude and even back and neck pain. I want to encourage you to be more aware of your posture because it can have a profound effect on how other people and the universe perceive you.

I also want you to become more aware of what your body language says about you. Does it tell people to stay away? Or is it open and inviting? You should be aware of what your body language says about you in different situations. Aligning your body language with your intentions is very powerful and it can help you attract amazing things into your life.

No matter what you want to attract into your life, your body language can dramatically help you get what you want.


Manifest your Dreams

The Law of Attraction is all about manifestation. Manifest means readily perceived by the senses and especially by the sight. It’s easily understood or recognized by the mind. The mind is very powerful. Unexplainable things happen everyday. What if you were able to control these great unexplainable things and actually make them happen?

The Law of Attraction enables you to be in control of what you want to create in your life. That’s right, it is that powerful! I’ve used it to achieve amazing things in my life and now I want to show you how to use it in your life.

The steps I, along with my co-author Frank Mangano, outline in our book, You Can Attract It, are 6 simple steps that you can easily incorporate into your life. The steps are:

Improving your Body Image

Body Image

If you want to have a better body image, you need to look no farther than the Law of Attraction. The first step is to be honest with yourself. Do you need to lose weight? Or are you in your ideal weight range, but you want improved body image? You probably fall into one of these two categories.

Next you want to figure out your body mass index (BMI). For your height and bone structure, there is a range of weight that is healthy for you. You can do this by asking your doctor or you can figure it out online using a BMI calculator.

Then you can start using the Law of Attraction to either reach a healthier BMI by eating right, exercising, and asking the universe for it or you can work on improving your body image. We are all bombarded by the so called “ideal image” in magazines and on TV. However, that is not the norm. Celebrities and models are airbrushed, they have surgery, and they have personal trainers to make them look that way.

You deserve to feel good about yourself and you can use the Law of Attraction to help you achieve this. Feeling good about yourself as much as possible will help you achieve a better body image. Looking at yourself and feeling positive will give powerful energy to the universe and soon you will feel good about your body!

The Law of Attraction is a very powerful process that you can use to attract anything into your life. The great thing about the Law of Attraction is the versatility of the things you can ask for. You can ask for anything from perfect health and wealth to your dream house and jewelry.

We all know that material things aren’t what’s important in life, but that doesn’t mean you can’t attract them into your life. You deserve to enjoy your life and all it has to offer. If that means you want to attract a new car, a vacation, or a new TV, then realize that you can!

Ask the universe for what you want and then work on attracting it into your life. If you want to attract the latest expensive gadget into your life, then have a picture of it in a highly visible place. Imagine yourself enjoying the gadget. The act of doing this will help you create positive vibrations and the universe will notice.

When you ask for things to come into your life and you truly allow them into your life, you will be amazed at what you can achieve. You have the power to manifest anything and everything into your life.

If there is one thing I suggest you attract into your life, it’s confidence! Confidence is a powerful skill to have and it can help you get ahead in every area of your life. When you are self-confident, you not only feel great, but you appear to have it all.

If you want to attract confidence into your life, you can use the Law of Attraction. Think about the confident people you know or the confident people you see on television. Try to emulate them on the outside and create positive and confident vibrations on the inside.

It is important that you truly feel confident when you work on attracting confidence. You can try using the NLP technique of anchoring to help you feel confident in any situation. You can visualize yourself being confident, this is a very important way to help you attract it into your life.
