Accomplishing a Major Goal with the Law of Attraction

Do you have a major goal in your life that you have wanted to accomplish, but you have not yet achieved it? We all have goals and we tend to look into the future and hope to achieve something big one day. No matter what your goal is, you can use the Law of Attraction to accomplish it!
The important thing about using the Law of Attraction to achieve a major goal is to be as detailed as possible. You should be able to answer all of these questions very specifically:
What do you want to accomplish?
What will it take to get you there?
What other things will you have to accomplish to get you there?
When do you want to accomplish it?
What are your long term (year+) goals to help you reach your ultimate goal?
What are your short term goals (day, week, month)?
What will you have to change from what you are currently doing?
What/who is keeping you from striving toward your goal?
Each of these questions have further sub questions that might result from your answer. I want to encourage you to write these down or type them on your computer and plan to achieve your goal. A major goal takes time and effort and the more thought you put into it, the more likely you are to attract it. Remember, think positively and you will achieve great things!


Attracting Enjoyment into your Life

What is life without enjoyment? If you would like to enjoy life more, you can use the Law of Attraction to attract joy into your life. You can gain enjoyment from the little things that occur in your life. Life is wonderful and a positive attitude will help you see your surroundings in a whole new light. You should enjoy your life and all it has to offer.

The first step in the Law of Attraction process is to start thinking, feeling, and behaving in a positive way. When your thoughts and feelings are dominated by positive images and experiences, then you are taking a step in the right direction to enjoy life in a more fulfilling way. A negative attitude will build up a barrier between you and your enjoyment of life. You must tear this wall down in order to feel positive and enjoy life.

Next, you must ask the universe for enjoyment. Be clear on exactly what you want. Ask the universe every single day to help you enjoy life a little more that day. You can help increase enjoyment by pausing and reflecting on how much you enjoy something. When you show positive feelings of joy, you will receive more in return.

Allow enjoyment into your life. You deserve to be joyful in all situations. You deserve to feel good about yourself and your experiences. The more joy you feel, the more the universe will give back to you. You are a powerful and positive person and you have the amazing ability to attract joy into your life.


Moving Past Mental Barriers

Overcoming Mental Barriers

As a hypnotherapist, I see a lot of my clients come to my office needing help overcoming mental barriers. These barriers can affect all aspects of their life ranging from weight loss, smoking, confidence, and phobias. Realize that your goals and dreams are likely to flourish as soon as you break down whatever is holding you back.

You can use the Law of Attraction to help you break down barriers and to help you move forward in your life. The Law of Attraction is powerful and can dramatically change your life for the better. You simply have to align your thoughts with whatever it is that you are seeking and ask the universe for it. It is that simple!

Aligning your intentions with what you want might be the most challenging part. But you are a strong person capable of amazing things and when you want something, you will attract it. Your intentions must be positive. You have to believe in yourself and your abilities. When you are confident and you have a positive attitude, you intentions will align with the universe and you will receive amazing things in your life!

Whether your mental barrier is preventing you from dating, flying, or reaching a goal, realize that it is just mental and you can break it down with the Law of Attraction!

Attracting Energy!

Energy is a great thing! Many people don’t realize just how important it is to have energy throughout the day unless they are lacking energy or have in the past. As the owner of my own business, I am constantly working and I depend on energy to be productive at what I do. If you lack energy, you can attract it with the Law of Attraction.

Energy comes in many forms, but I’m talking about the kind of energy that allows you to accomplish your goals and be productive for your entire day. It is suggested that you get about 8 hours of sleep, which leaves 16 hours of time in your day to have energy.

You can use the Law of Attraction to visualize having an abundance of energy throughout your day. What would you accomplish? How would you feel when you completed certain tasks? Imagining your life with more energy will give you more energy! That is the beauty of the Law of Attraction.

You can also make small changes in your life that will help you attract more energy into your life such as eating right and exercising. I cannot stress enough how important these two things are. This tells the universe that you are serious about attracting energy and it also creates powerful vibrations to help you attract energy!


Losing Weight with the Law of Attraction

If you need to lose weight, whether it’s a few pounds or hundreds of pounds, you can use the Law of Attraction to help you. The Law of Attraction is meant to be helpful. The only way to lose weight is hard work through lifestyle changes.

One of the most important aspects of weight loss is a positive attitude and confidence. You must believe in yourself and your ability to lose weight. This will help you with motivation. Self-confidence is very powerful and it will help you achieve your weight loss goals.

When you pledge to lose weight, realize that it is not a quick fix. You can’t ‘diet’ and then once you reach your desired weight, revert back to old ways. It is a permanent lifestyle change. That is the only way to be healthy and happy with yourself and your weight.

When asking the universe for weight loss, be clear with how much weight you want to lose. Make sure that your actions are in line with what you want. Eating healthy and exercising will help you lose weight, feel better about yourself, and it will help you achieve your goals. When you accomplish your weight loss goals, thing will begin to fit in place.

Visualization is a great technique to use in attracting wealth. Visualization allows you to see what your life will be like once you have attracted wealth. It helps make things more real. Soon, your visualizations will become a reality.

When asking the universe for unlimited wealth, imagine what wealth would feel like and how it would change your life. When you do this, you will create strong and positive feelings that will help in the Law of Attraction process.

Positive Thinking

The Law of Attraction is highly dependent on your thought processes. I want you to take a step back and fully analyze the way in which you think. Is it positive or negative? Is it constructive or destructive? Does it get you what you want or not?

As you go through your day, you have a lot of thoughts. Some of them may fall into different categories. I want you to become more aware of your thoughts and how they impact your life, because your thoughts do have a significant impact on your life.

Being aware of how you are thinking is the first step in making sure your thoughts are positive. You may think you are a positive thinker, but when you become aware of the thoughts running through your head, you may be surprised.

When you find yourself thinking negatively or about something bad, change your thought into something positive. This is a very powerful exercise for the universe. It tells the universe that you want positive things to happen to you in your life. When you start making this exercise a daily habit, good things will start to happen to you in your life!

Practicing the Art of Silence

Have you ever heard of the saying, “silence is golden?” Silence is powerful. True silence involves no distractions in your surroundings or in your head. It can take a great deal of practice, but the rewards are amazing!

You can practice silence anywhere and at anytime. If you are new to practicing silence, I suggest you do so in a quiet place. Eventually you will be able to be in a busy and hectic place and practice silence, which can be very beneficial. Set aside time during your day where you can practice the art of silence.

Focus on doing a whole body relaxation exercise. Then, focus on quieting your thoughts and emotions. You want to practice in complete silence with no thoughts or distractions. Being silent shows that you have incredible amounts of self-control. It shows the universe that you are serious about wanting the Law of Attraction to work for you.

You are a very powerful individual, capable of accomplishing great things. Practicing silence will help you reach your goals and dreams and it will help you use the Law of Attraction in your life.

Depression is a debilitating illness of sad thoughts and feelings for at least 2 weeks. It can have a major negative impact on your life unless you take steps to overcome it. There has been extensive research on depression and there are many methods of treatment that can help you if you suffer from depression. If you are feeling depressed you should always seek the advice of a doctor or psychotherapist first.

The Law of Attraction can be a very helpful tool to use if you are depressed because it can help you attract positive thoughts and feelings into your life. You do not have to go through life feeing down, sad, or empty. Changing your thought process can have a dramatic effect in your life.

Focusing on changing negative thoughts into positive thoughts can help you create powerful vibrations. The universe will give you happiness and positive thoughts when you create positive vibrations for the universe. Believe in yourself and allow happiness to happen to you in your life.

Visualize yourself getting enjoyment in everyday activities. Focus on creating positive thoughts, feelings, and vibrations and you will soon begin to notice changes in your life. You deserve to have enjoyment in your life, free of sadness and anxiety.

The Law of Attraction is a great tool to use to help increase concentration. We all live such hectic lives, it is important to have the ability to focus and concentrate when you need to. Fortunately, the Law of Attraction can help you improve concentration and focus on whatever you want, whenever you want.

Whether you need to concentrate at work, while driving, on a test, or doing chores, the Law of Attraction will give you the amazing ability to focus on it. It will be as if you have an on/off button for concentration, with the ability to turn it on whenever you need it.

Just by visualizing and focusing on having the ability to concentrate, you are showing the universe that you want increased concentration in your life. It takes focus to visualize. When your intentions align with what you want to attract into your life, the universe takes notice and will help you attract what you are asking for.

Make sure you are specific about what you want concentration for in your life. Asking is very powerful and it helps you attract what you want into your life. If you want increased concentration when you are on the computer, at work, or while being creative, make sure you ask for it and create positive and powerful vibrations.
