Your happiness is an essential part of who you are and it is perhaps the most important. Happiness with who you are as a person will create a strong foundation for overall contentment in your life. You must love yourself in order to be happy. If you currently are not happy, then I want to encourage you to attract happiness using the Law of Attraction.
Happiness is difficult to define because everyone has a different experience. The best way to define happiness is to recall a time in your life when you were genuinely happy. Hopefully it’s the present, but if it’s not, I want you to think about what exactly made you happy.
Visualize your happiness. Picture yourself and make it real, right now. Picture everything that brought you happiness. Realize the emotional state you were in when you were happy. This visualization exercise is creating positive energy of happiness. Even though you might not be happy right now, visualizing past positive experiences will help you attract happiness into your life.
Happiness is priceless. Your happiness should come from within. It is an energy that cannot be substituted. You cannot truly be happy because of things or people in your life. You are the only source of happiness and you must tap into this in order to reach true happiness in your life. The Law of Attraction can definitely help, but ultimately, it is up to you to attract it.
