Positive Behavior

In step one of our book, You Can Attract It, we talk about changing your negative powers into positive powers. Your powers are your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Thinking and feeling positively can help you receive great things into your life using the Law of Attraction. Just as important as your thoughts and emotions, are your behaviors.

The way you behave directly impacts how the universe perceives you. Your behavior must match your intentions. If you want to attract happiness into your life, then your behavior must tell the universe that you want happiness in your life.

Behavior can make many forms. It is any kind of action that you take in your life. Your actions can fall into one of two categories. They can be either positive or negative. Your goal should be to have as many positive actions and behaviors in your life as possible and to reduce the negative actions as much as possible.

Positive behavior includes giving back to others, believing in yourself, being patient, and of course, being positive in everything you do. Other positive actions include keeping a gratitude journal and making vision boards. You can incorporate any behavior into your life that makes you think and feel better and goes along with your intentions.

Positive behavior is very powerful. You must be kind to yourself and to others. You must do the right thing in difficult situations. You must keep your patience and think clearly at all times. These positive behaviors tell the universe that you want great things in your life. Your positive energy will enable you to attract wonderful things into your life.

Weight Loss and the Law of Attraction

Weight Loss

According to the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in the last 20 years in the United States. There are behavioral, environmental, and genetic factors that determine a person’s weight. The majority of American’s struggle with their weight.

For many different reasons, it is important to have control over your weight. Carrying extra weight has life-threatening health consequences. If you want to lose weight, then I want to encourage you to ask for weight loss. Simply asking to lose weight tells the universe what you want. How many pounds do you want to lose? For the Law of Attraction process to work, you must be exact and have a goal in mind.

To lose weight with the law of attraction, you must take action! You must change your thought process. You must believe in yourself and be motivated to do everything in your power to attract weight loss. Eating healthy and exercising will help you lose weight. It will also tell the universe that you are serious about losing weight.

When you take action toward losing weight, you will create positive energy for the universe. The law of attraction will help you lose even more weight. When you are positive about losing weight, the pounds will continue to drop. It is very important to think positively, feel good about yourself, and believe in yourself.

I have helped many people lose weight permanently with the law of attraction and with hypnosis. I cannot stress how important it is to remain positive and to believe in yourself. I know you can do it!

Attraction and Self-Hypnosis

Self-Hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is a very simple technique to use that will help you incorporate the Law of Attraction. Hypnosis allows you to relax both physically and mentally and while you are using hypnosis, you will be creating positive energy for the universe. Hypnosis uses positive affirmations and suggestions to help you make changes in your life and will help you attract anything you want into your life.

You will first want to find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. This place can be a quiet nook in your home or if you are at work, it can be at your desk while you take a break. The second step is to think about a relaxing place in your mind. This can be the beach, a mountain, a lake, or any other place you find peaceful. You should then notice all the small details about this location using your five senses. Be sure to incorporate sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. You should think about this place for about five minutes while you relax.

The third step is to visualize a downward movement. It can be the sun setting or you walking down some steps. Count down from 10 to 1 and as you or the sun get lower, you become more and more relaxed with every movement. This is known as the deepening and it is supposed to make you feel more and more relaxed.

The fourth step is to give yourself as many powerful and positive affirmations as you can. Think about what you want to change. Focus on the positive only. Visualize yourself making the changes and how those changes will impact your life in the future. This step should be about 5-10 minutes. Next, I suggest you pause and focus on a moment of silence.

The fifth and last step is trance termination. This will end the hypnosis session. Tell yourself that you will count from 1 to 3 and as you do, you will become more alert. Next, count out loud and focus on becoming more and more alert with each number.

This self-hypnosis session can take as little as 10 minutes or as long as you would like. It is very beneficial in attracting things into your life and it helps promote change. I encourage you to give it a try and incorporate it into your life along with other Law of Attraction techniques.

Attract Love with You Can Attract It

There are a lot of you reading this right now who are looking for love. The Law of Attraction is a great tool to use to attract love into your life. There are many techniques and exercises that we outline in You Can Attract It that will help you find love.

If you want love, it is important for you to ask for it, allow love into your life, and surround yourself with it and be thankful for it. Love is extremely powerful. Although love is universal, people have different ideas of love. It is important for you to define love and what it means to you. Ask yourself what you want from love. Ask yourself what kind of love you want. Answering these questions will help you ask for love and eventually receive what you are asking for.

One of the best things you can do to attract love into your life is to visualize being in love. Imagine being with someone that you love and who loves you back. Even more powerful than visualizing love is feeling love. Love is an emotion, a very powerful one. The best way to find love is to feel it. Love is all consuming and you can easily attract it with the Law of Attraction.

If you are looking for love, then I encourage you to create it by using the Law of Attraction. There is someone out there that you are meant to love and they are meant to love you back. You can attract this person by creating positive energy for the universe. Visualize love and feel yourself in love and soon you will find love!

Attracting Relief from Stress

Many people live very stressful lives or consider themselves to be stressed out. Stress can have a negative impact on health and happiness. Research shows that chronic stress can lead to health problems and premature aging. I want to encourage you to do everything in your power to relieve yourself from the stress in your life.

The best way to relieve stress from your life is to use the Law of Attraction. You can dramatically reduce the stress in your life by creating positive energy. You can create positive energy and powerful vibrations by changing your thought processes and reducing stress. Changing your negative thoughts and feelings into positive thoughts and feelings will help you reach a calmer state.

Stress usually occurs because of worrying, self-doubt, and unexpected situations. However these are all controllable by changing negative thoughts into positive thoughts. When you find yourself worrying or becoming stressed, you channel your energy into something positive. Positive actions include relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis, and meditation.

Incorporating techniques and exercises into your life that relax you and relieve stress will help you attract more stress relief into your life. Make sure you ask the universe for stress relief in your life. Asking for stress relief and allowing it into your life is a very important step to take. You deserve a more relaxed and carefree life. Life does not need to be hectic and stressful.

Using the Law of Attraction to relieve yourself from stress is a great way to attract a better life for yourself. You do not need to lead a stressful life. You can be relaxed and worry-free simply by asking the universe for stress relief. Adding positive thoughts and experiences into your life will help you get rid of stress and negativity once and for all.

Using Vision Boards to Get What you Want

Vision boards are great to incorporate into your life. Vision boards allow you to physically create your visualizations. They serve as a great reminder on what you will soon attract into your life. Anything is possible with the Law of Attraction and you shouldn’t hold back anything when you create vision boards.

You can create vision boards on a bulletin board, poster board, or using any other material. You can get very creative with them. Then you want to take physical examples of all the thing you are asking to receive from the universe and put them on the board.

If you want to attract a new car or a dream house into your life, find an example in a magazine or print out a picture you find online and attach it to the vision board. If you want to attract wealth into your life, write a check to yourself for $1,000,000 and paste it on the board. If you want happiness in your life, put a picture of yourself on the board that represents a time when you were very happy.

Anything can go on a vision board. Surround yourself with images of what you want to become. Making a physical representation of what you want to attract into your life will help you receive it from the universe. Place your vision boards in places where you spend a lot of time so that you can look at all the wonderful things on your board.

You Are your Creator

The whole idea behind the Law of Attraction is that you are your own creator. You can create what you want your life to be. You can create happiness, wealth, abundance, and so much more. It is all up to you. The universe is unlimited and you can take advantage of this by incorporating the Law of Attraction into your life.

Because the universe is unlimited, your potential is unlimited. You can be the strong, powerful, and confident person you want to be. By simply asking for something, you are working towards creating it. The Law of Attraction is all about using different techniques and exercises to create wonderful things in your life.

Once you realize how powerful you are and how you can manifest anything into your life, the Law of Attraction will become easy for you. Once I realized what I wanted, I did everything I could to make it happen. I asked for happiness and wealth and began to view the world around me in a more positive way. For me, the universe answered quickly and I am very thankful for what I have.

Even after you get what you ask for, creating other things becomes easier. It is like a domino effect. When one thing falls in place with the Law of Attraction, more follows. It is a fantastic process and very empowering. You can create a better life at a much faster pace when incorporating the Law of Attraction.

How Do you Know the Law of Attraction is Working?

Oftentimes, people ask me how they will know when the Law of Attraction is working in their life. Everyone is going to have a different experience with the Law of Attraction, but it will be a positive one. In our book, You Can Attract It, Steve and I outline 6 important steps on attracting things into your life. With each step, you will notice changes:

Step One: Changing Negative Powers to Positive Powers, enables you to prepare a strong foundation for the Law of Attraction. Your ‘powers’ are your thoughts, emotions, and actions. During this step you should notice that you have a different and more positive outlook on your life.

Step Two: Know What You Do Not Want, enables you to acknowledge what is not working for you in your life. This step is often powerful because people realize that their negative thoughts and actions have created negative life experiences.

Step Three: Know What You Do Want, enables you to realize what you truly want to create in your life.

Step Four: Ask For It, during this step a lot of people will start to notices changes in their life. By simply asking for something, some people begin manifesting it right away. You might receive something smaller than what you are asking for. For example if you are asking for $100,000, this is the step that will help you get the ball rolling, so to speak.

Step Five: Allow It, for those people who have not begun to attract anything into their life, this step will fix that problem. Allowing good things into your life enables you to attract and receive.

Step Six: Receive It, this step may take days or years. If you ask for $100,000, you may receive it in the form of a promotion, raise, new business venture, or many other ways. The different ways in manifesting things into your life is limitless, but you will know when you have received it because you asked for specific things.

The sixth and final step that we outline in our book, You Can Attract It, is to receive and be thankful for what the universe gives to you. Step six is all about feeling a sense of accomplishment and being thankful for the changes you have made in your life.

Everything that you have worked towards in incorporating the Law of Attraction into your life, comes down to this last step. Whether it has taken weeks, months, or years to realize your dreams, you have earned all the good things that have been rewarded to you through the Law of Attraction. Now is the time to enjoy it and surround yourself with your accomplishments.

Whether you asked for something small or large and received it, realize that you now know what the Law of Attraction is all about. It is a powerful tool to use in getting what you want in life. Positive thoughts, emotions, and actions are rewarded. By reaching step six of our miracle process, you have received what you have been asking for from the universe. You have been successful in creating positive energy and you must surround yourself with good feelings and more positive energy.

Even if you have not yet reached step six, it is important to imagine what it would be like to reach step six and receive all that you have been asking for. This is a powerful way to create vibrations and positive energy for the universe. Throughout the Law of Attraction process, whether you are on step one or step five, you should visualize receiving good things into your life!
