Many people seek organization in their lives. Organization helps with time management, stress, and relaxation. You can ask for improved organization with the Law of Attraction. Improving your organization will affect other areas of your life for the better. You will be able to better manage your time, feel more in control, and reduce stress.

The Law of Attraction allows you to better organize your life and your things. If you want organization in your life, then I want to encourage you to ask for it from the universe. The act of asking lets the universe know what you are asking for.

To attract organization, you must make small changes in your life to let the universe know that you are serious about wanting organization. You can start by visualizing your life as being more organized. Visualize your life with more time on your hands or your house having more order. Re-create the feelings of knowing your life is organized. The universe will take notice of your positive energy.

Making small changes in your life such as cleaning your home or adhering to a schedule will also promote more organization in your life. This tells the universe that you are serious about wanting more organization and order in your life. Small changes will lead to big changes with the Law of Attraction.

If organization is something you want more of in your life, then I want to encourage you to ask the universe for organization and allow it into your life. Becoming more organized will bring great things into your life, including relief from stress and more relaxation.

Positive Thinking

I’m sure you have heard it before, that positive thought is powerful. In the case of the Law of Attraction, positive thought is extremely powerful. Not only will positive thoughts help you get what you want out of the Law of Attraction, but it will allow you to get everything you want.

Even if you are unaware, your mind is constantly producing thoughts, both negative and positive. You should become aware of the thoughts you have whether they are good or bad. Only when you become aware of your thoughts will you be able to change your negative thoughts into positive thoughts. Becoming aware of negative thoughts in your mind is a good thing and it allows you to be in control of your thoughts.

When you become more aware of negative thoughts in your head, you can start changing them into positive thoughts. The act of changing negative thoughts into positive thoughts is a very powerful process with the Law of Attraction. Positive thoughts will help you attract anything and everything you want into your life.

Positive thoughts are also powerful because when you think positively, you are creating powerful vibrations for the universe. When you think positively on a particular topic, such as something you want to attract into your life, the universe will grant you what you ask for and allow it into your life.

You are in control of your thoughts and thus, you are in control of attracting what you want into your life. The Law of Attraction is a miracle process and everyone should incorporate it into their life. You can achieve anything you want along with the Law of Attraction. Think positively and you will receive a lot in return.


Attract your Dream Home!

Dream Home

When I first started asking for things that I wanted to attract into my life, one of the very first things I asked the universe for was my dream home. Owning a house is one of the biggest investments you will make. Mortgage payments go toward something you own rather than to a landlord or an apartment management company.

If you want to own your own house, then I encourage you to ask for it using the Law of Attraction. There are several different exercises you can incorporate into your life in order to attract your dream home.

The first thing to do is decide on what you want. Where do you want your dream house to be? Location is very important. Do you want it to be the current town you are living in and near your job? Do you want it to be a second home on a lake, at the beach, or in the mountains? What will your dream house look like on the outside? What does the yard look like? How many rooms does your house have? What do they look like?

All the answers to these questions create visualizations in your mind. They promote positive vibrations for the universe. The more you visualize exactly what you want, the more you are creating attraction. The more details you imagine, the more clear your visualizations will be for the universe.

Another important exercise to incorporate is to imagine yourself living your life in your dream home. Imagine what it feels like waking up in your new house. Imagine going about your daily routine and being so thankful for what you have. Imagine the smells, the sounds, and the emotions your dream house creates for you. Remember to ask for your dream house everyday and visualize it as often as possible.

When I imagined my dream house, I imagined a house with a marsh view and a dock. I imagined large rooms and large bedrooms with a gorgeous view of the marsh. About a year after I started my visualizations and imagining my dream home, I found the perfect home for me. I purchased it and I am thankful for it everyday. The Law of Attraction is very powerful and will work for you to in attracting your dream home!

Ask and You Will Receive!

Ask and Receive

I receive a lot of emails from people just like yourself wondering why it is so important to ask for what you want. Sometimes people think that since asking is so simple, then what’s the point? My answer is very simple as well. How will the universe know what to give you unless you ask for it? Asking is simple, but an essential part of the Law of Attraction process.

When you know exactly what you want, you are able to ask for exactly what you want. When you ask for what you want, the universe knows what to give you. One of the most important aspects of asking the universe for what you want, is that it creates positive and powerful energy. When you think about and ask for the various things that you want to attract, you are creating very powerful vibrations. The universe rewards positive vibrations with the things that you want to attract into your life.

In our book, we talk about taking the step of asking one step farther. You can ask for what you want by incorporating various methods. Creating a vision board or having a box that you place magazine cut outs of things you want, this also is a way you can ask the universe for what you want. Writing yourself a check is a way of asking for wealth, along with adding zeroes to your bank statement. These methods show the universe what you want.

So, asking for what you want is a simple step, but not one that should be overlooked. The Law of Attraction and the steps we outline in You Can Attract It are very essential and important to attracting what you want into your life. Steve and I have found these steps to work for us and we know that they will work for you too!


Discover Inner Peace with the Law of Attraction

Inner Peace

Inner peace is the state of being mentally and spiritually at peace with oneself. Inner peace is a state that exists without stress and anxiety. When someone reaches the state of inner peace, they are said to have found bliss and happiness.

Whether you consider yourself happy or not, I think we all wish to be happier people. The most important relationship you can have is the relationship with yourself. The Law of Attraction can help you be happy with yourself and discover inner peace.

If you wish to attract inner peace with the Law of Attraction, then I want to encourage you to first make changes to your thoughts. It is important for you to be aware of when your thoughts are negative. To have inner peace, your thoughts need to be positive. When you you have a negative thought or emotion, ask yourself how you can turn that thought or emotion around to make it a positive one.

Make sure you ask the universe for inner peace. You cannot expect to receive what you do not ask for. Ask the universe every day for happiness and inner peace. Create positive thoughts and emotions that tell the universe how happy you want to be.

An important exercise to use is visualization. Visualize your inner peace. Imagine the strength that inner peace can give to you. Think positive thoughts and feel positive emotions. This will help create positive energy that tells the universe exactly what you want.

If happiness and inner peace is what you want, then allow it into your life. Feel deserving of happiness. Tell yourself that you deserve to feel good inside and out. Remain steadfast in your belief of the Law of Attraction. With belief and allowing inner peace into your life, the Law of Attraction will help you attract inner peace into your life!

Stop Smoking

We have all heard the astounding health risks of smoking. Smoking causes long-term damage to ones body and mind. In the United States alone, it is estimated that 47 million people smoke according to the American Heart Association. We all know that you cannot be a casual smoker. Cigarettes are highly addictive and usually once people start they continue with the bad habit.

If you are a smoker, I want to encourage you to quit once and for all. You probably have tried various methods of quitting in the past, but you have been unsuccessful. This is where the Law of Attraction can be extremely beneficial to help you quit for good!

There are many methods available to you to help you quit smoking. Although there are patches, gum and prescription medication, you can also take the healthy, all-natural approach with hypnosis, which has been proven to help. We want to encourage you to use the methods that work for you, but most importantly you must use the Law of Attraction to quit for good.

How does the Law of Attraction help to quit smoking? It helps by changing your mind set. In order for the Law of Attraction to work for you, you have to change your mind set. You have to make changes in your life that create positive vibrations. Smoking causes negative thoughts and actions and creates negative vibrations for the universe. Any small thing you can do to cut down on your smoking and your negative thoughts, will move you closer to achieving success with the Law of Attraction and your quest to quit smoking.

One step you can take is to replace your bad habit of smoking with a positive habit such as exercise. Exercise provides adrenaline and gives you a boost in energy in the short term and long term. Exercise is a positive lifestyle change that creates powerful vibrations for the universe. Replacing a negative habit with a positive habit is one of the best things you can do for your life and it will help you achieve your goal of quitting smoking.

Perfect Lifestyle

The Law of Attraction is the perfect tool to use in order to attract your perfect lifestyle! What kind of lifestyle do you want to live? This is the very first question you should answer. Do you want to work hard and play hard? Do you want to not work at all? Do you want to take vacations? Do you want more free time to spend on your hobbies? The possibilities are truly endless. Whatever lifestyle you want to live, simply ask the universe for it.

After you ask the universe for the lifestyle you want to live, now you will want to incorporate things into your life that will attract that perfect lifestyle. You will want to imagine what your ideal lifestyle will be like. You will want to feel those emotions of living a perfect lifestyle, as well as picturing what your new lifestyle will be like.

If you want to add more vacations into your life, you can research places to go and imagine yourself going there. Cut out a picture from a magazine of a place you want to go and carry this picture around or leave it in a place where you will look at it everyday. It is important that you feel positive emotions and thoughts when you look at this picture. You must know that you will go to that place soon. Being negative won’t help you attract your perfect lifestyle.

You deserve to live your perfect lifestyle! You must allow it into your life. Any kind of lifestyle you want to live, you can attract it!

You can attract great success with the Law of Attraction! How do you define success? What does success mean to you? These are questions you will want to answer in order to attract success into your life. Because success is different for everyone, it is important that you define what success means to you.

Some people consider wealth and money to be a sign of success. Some people consider owning their own company to be a sign of success. And others consider fame and notoriety to be success. No matter what success means to you, realize that you can attract success into your life at a faster rate by incorporating the Law of Attraction.

Be sure to ask the universe for success in your life. When you ask for success you are making it clear to the universe exactly what you want. Also, the act of asking will create positive vibrations for the universe. Positive energy will help you realize your goal of achieving success with the Law of Attraction.

Another important step is to implement visualizations into your life. Visualizing what your life will be like when you are a success will help you reach success more quickly. Visualizations are also important because you can also feel the feelings and emotions of success. These positive emotions will create powerful vibrations and energy for the universe.

Attracting Confidence

The very foundation of improving oneself is confidence. You have to have confidence in yourself in order to accomplish goals, overcome fears, and promote change in your life. When I see clients, usually the very first session is focused solely on confidence. I believe strongly that building confidence is the first step to succeeding at accomplishing goals.

A great way to build confidence is by using the Law of Attraction. You can attract confidence in yourself and in reaching your goals. The best way to start attracting confidence is by having a positive attitude and positive thoughts. These two things create powerful vibrations for the universe. Being positive is the key to the Law of Attraction.

When you establish a positive attitude, you are telling the universe that you deserve confidence. You are creating the foundation for the Law of Attraction when you have positive thoughts and feelings. The next step is to ask for confidence. Ask for a boost in self-esteem. You will want to visualize yourself in various situations and see yourself as being confident. Visualize others seeing you as confident in yourself.

Visualization is very influential with the Law of Attraction. If you want confidence in social situations, for example, you should picture yourself having conversations with people and see yourself being confident. Or picture yourself being confident while speaking publicly to a large amount of people. This is a powerful exercise that can help you feel better about yourself.

Perhaps you want inner-confidence in your abilities. If you want to meet a major goal or make a life-changing decision, you must have confidence in yourself. Inner confidence helps you become motivated and leads to accomplishments and success in whatever you set out to do. Picturing yourself meeting your goals will help you attract confidence with the Law of Attraction.

Using the Law of Attraction to Lower Blood Pressure

Blood Pressure

According to the American Heart Association, 73.6 million Americans have high blood pressure. From 1995 to 2005 the death rate from high blood pressure increased 25.2 percent, and the actual number of deaths rose 56.4 percent. In 2005, 57,356 people died due to high blood pressure. These statistics are astounding. If you have high blood pressure, I want to encourage you to do something about it.

High blood pressure is fairly easy to diagnose and there are simple lifestyle changes that you can incorporate into your life to lower your blood pressure. You can use the Law of Attraction to make this process easier. You can attract better health, changes in your lifestyle, and lower your blood pressure naturally.

You will first want to ask for lower blood pressure. Ask your doctor what your goal blood pressure should be and strive for these numbers. Ask the universe to lower your diastolic and systolic numbers. Ask the universe every day to lower your blood pressure. Have positive thoughts about your health and soon the Law of Attraction will start working for you.

I think a good technique to use is to visualize your body becoming healthier. Imagine your heart not having to work as hard to pump blood through your body. Imagine having your blood pressure taken and the numbers drop each time. Imagine yourself enjoying the positive changes you make in your life.

Making lifestyle changes such as improving your eating habits and incorporating exercise into your daily routine will not only naturally lower your blood pressure, but it will also tell the universe that you are asking and allowing lower blood pressure into your life. The Law of Attraction will work for you when you make these positive changes in your life.

As your blood pressure drops, it is important for you to be thankful for the Law of Attraction, this will create positive thoughts and feelings that will further help you reach your ultimate goal in lowering your blood pressure.
