Letting Go of Stress

There are two different types of stress: external and internal. External factors include your job, finances, relationships, and any situation that comes up in your life. Internal factors include how you are able to cope with these external factors. Internal factors include mental well-being, emotional well-being, health, and sleep.

As human beings, we have a lot of stress, but we are able to adapt to very stressful situations. You have the ability to control both external and internal stresses in your life. Using the law of attraction, you can manifest less stress in your life and the ability to quickly and efficiently diminish stressful situations.

Have you ever met someone who seems completely unaffected by stressful situations? There are people who handle very difficult situations with ease and are still able to make good, quick decisions. You can attract this into your life using the Law of Attraction. Frank Mangano and I dedicate a portion of our book, You Can Attract It, to ways in which you can better handle stress.

The Law of Attraction can help you take control of both external and internal factors so that you lead a less stressful life. When you focus on the positive, you are able to see the positive side of everything, even in difficult and challenging situations.

It’s that time of year again! The holidays tend to be a hectic and stressful time of year for a lot of people. The holidays are supposed to be about giving thanks and spending time with family and friends. However, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays.

Realize, that you can manage your stress during the holidays and enjoy your time. For a lot of people, their family is a source of stress in their life. Realize that you can ask the universe to give you relief from stress. You will be able to have patience.

Another source of stress during the holidays is all the shopping for gifts. For people who do not like shopping, it can be a miserable experience. However, you can ask the universe for patience and no stress while shopping. If you don’t like battling the crowds, you can do all of your shopping online. There are ways you can reduce the stress and the universe will help you attract it.

Our lives these days are extremely hectic and busy. It often seems that we’re being pulled in a thousand different directions. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. There are many areas of life that contribute to stress including career, finances, relationships, health, and friendships.
