Internal factors include how you are able to cope with these external factors. Internal factors include mental well-being, emotional well-being, health, and sleep.
As human beings, we have a lot of stress, but we are able to adapt to very stressful situations. You have the ability to control both external and internal stresses in your life. Using the law of attraction, you can manifest less stress in your life and the ability to quickly and efficiently diminish stressful situations.
