Allow Change

Believe it or not, the act of allowing change to occur in your life is often the only thing standing between you and your dreams. Your fears or self-doubt may be preventing you from allowing something into your life. Whether you want to meet your ideal mate, lose weight, or get your dream job, the You Can Attract It will teach you how important the act of allowing is in your life.

You may be thinking, “I want it so badly, of course I am allowing it into my life.” However, subconsciously you may not be allowing your dreams to manifest. As you may know, I am a hypnotist and I believe a lot of negative habits are rooted in the subconscious mind. You can use hypnosis to overcome your doubts and start allowing wonderful things into your life.

I want to encourage you to take 10 minutes out of your day. Find a quiet and relaxing place and use self-hypnosis to allow change to occur in your life. When you are in a hypnotic state, you have increased focus and you will be able to visualize yourself allowing things into your life. It is a powerful exercise and it will dramatically help you to attract change into your life!

The Art of Allowing

If you have read our book, You Can Attract It, then you are aware that the fifth step we outline is to allow the Law of Attraction to work for you. The act of allowing can be a challenging process because some people tend to push good things away. I know, it seems counter intuitive that people work hard to manifest change into their life, only to push it away when it actually happens.

The reality is that this happens. People can sabotage themselves without even realizing it. That’s why Step 5: Allowing It, is so important. You must feel as though you deserve the changes in your life. When you finally receive wealth, perfect health, or the career you have been attracting, you have to allow it into your life.

An easy technique that you can incorporate into your life is daily affirmations. Write a few paragraphs on why you are allowing changes to occur in your life. Read it or say it out loud on a daily basis. This will help you prepare for the fifth step. Below is a short sample of affirmations you can include into your daily routine:

Day by day I allow the Law of Attraction to work for me, more and more. I realize that I am a very powerful, wonderful, amazing, beautiful, intelligent, smart person. I am empowered by the Law of Attraction. In fact, my ability to let good things into my life is limitless. I am infinite in my ability to allow wonderful things into my life. Day by day I will realize this and feel good about myself. I am full of a powerful sense of love for myself. And I use this energy to allow abundance into my life.
