Emotional Freedom Technique

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a great exercise to use along with the Law of Attraction. In our book, You Can Attract It, we give you a lot of tools and techniques to prepare you to attract wonderful things in your life!

The first step in our book is designed to help you change negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions into positive thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This is where EFT can play a major role. EFT involves tapping on certain points on the body to promote energy flow.

If you feel as though fear, anxiety, and negative past experiences are holding you back in life, then I want to encourage you to learn and incorporate EFT into your daily routine. It will not only help you break down barriers, but it will help you better prepare yourself to use the 6 steps we outline in our book.

You may not even realize the barriers that are blocking you from reaching your goals. EFT can help promote energy flow within your body, mind, and soul. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is another great tool to utilize with the Law of Attraction. EFT is used to activate the body’s energy meridians. It is very similar to acupuncture, but EFT does not involve needles. It’s also used to free yourself from painful emotions from the past. EFT involves tapping on various points on the body where energy can be blocked and EFT encourage energy flow.

If you feel as though you are “stuck” in your own negative emotions, EFT is a good tool for you to use to free yourself from a negative past or experiences. It will help you promote energy flow so that your subconscious and conscious minds are in agreement.

Many people have some sort of inner conflict going on in their life. EFT is used to overcome inner conflict, which is a huge step in incorporating the Law of Attraction into your life. You must have positive energy flow in your life to attract good things into your life.

If you have emotional stress, EFT can help you free your emotions and begin thinking positively and feeling better. Freeing emotional stress with EFT can lead to improved physical health as well. When you free negative emotions and thoughts, the universe realizes this and you will be able to attract great things into your life.

You can use EFT for just about anything you want to improve in your life or for anything you want to attract into your life. EFT improves the way you feel. When you feel better and think positively, great things will come to you.
