Meditation

Meditation consists of exercising the mind and it is a different experience for everyone. Meditation is a part of religion for many people, for others it’s a time for relaxation. No matter what it means to you, realize that you can use it to attract wonderful things into your life.

Meditation is an altered state that allows for an improved state of mind. No matter what state you want to invoke, whether it’s compassion, relaxation, awakening, or concentration, meditation will help you reach it.

You must have a positive attitude to attract what you want. Meditation can help you create the positive emotions and thoughts you need in order to master the Law of Attraction. The more you practice a relaxed and positive attitude, the more the universe will reward you for your actions.

Meditation is a powerful exercise that you can easily incorporate into your life every day. Just 5-20 minutes a day can help you attract the attitude you want. The universe will quickly take notice of your meditation and help you attract wonderful things.

Silence

Have you ever heard of the saying, “silence is golden?” Silence is powerful. True silence involves no distractions in your surroundings or in your head. It can take a great deal of practice, but the rewards are amazing!

You can practice silence anywhere and at anytime. If you are new to practicing silence, I suggest you do so in a quiet place. Eventually you will be able to be in a busy and hectic place and practice silence, which can be very beneficial. Set aside time during your day where you can practice the art of silence.

Focus on doing a whole body relaxation exercise. Then, focus on quieting your thoughts and emotions. You want to practice in complete silence with no thoughts or distractions. Being silent shows that you have incredible amounts of self-control. It shows the universe that you are serious about wanting the Law of Attraction to work for you.

You are a very powerful individual, capable of accomplishing great things. Practicing silence will help you reach your goals and dreams and it will help you use the Law of Attraction in your life.

Exercise of Silence

Serenity

What is an exercise of silence and why is it important?

An exercise of silence is when you take time out of your day to sit in total silence. You focus on clearing all thoughts and feelings from your mind and appreciate the silence. Silence is powerful and creates a calming effect. We all lead very busy lives, so an exercise of silence can have a dramatic effect on stress and relaxation.

I want to encourage you to incorporate the exercise of silence into your day. It can be for 5 minutes or longer if you would like. You can experience silence at home, at work, or anywhere you choose. It is best if you choose a place that is quiet so that you can fully incorporate silence. But it is also helpful when you are in a stressful place, such as work. Clearing your mind even while everything around you is hectic can allow you to regroup, relieve stress, and leave you feeling calm.

Silence is important because it allows you to block out everything around you, which is often negative. It can also free you from negative thoughts and stressful situations. An exercise of silence is powerful because it creates positive vibrations. When you close your eyes and focus on silence, it is as if a bubble forms around you, closing you off to all things negative. Meanwhile, your body creates positive energy and starts filling that bubble. This is a powerful technique that can help you shift from negative and stressful thoughts, to positive and powerful thoughts.

If you do not already incorporate an exercise of silence into your daily routine, I encourage you to do so. It has helped me become a more positive and confident person and I think you will notice major changes in your life!

Using Meditation to Attract what you Want

Thursday, September 10th, 2009

Meditation

As Steve and I stress in our book You Can Attract It, the most important step in this miracle process is to ask for what you want. We cannot stress enough how important it is to create positive energy around yourself in order to ask for what you want.

Asking is powerful. You never know what you will get from the universe unless you ask. You must ask for what you want as often as you can and in many different ways. A technique that I have found to be very helpful is meditation.

I set aside 20-30 minutes of my day, everyday to meditate, relax, and focus on creating positive vibrations for the universe. I sit down in a comfortable chair in a quiet place free of all distractions. I close my eyes and focus on clearing all negative thoughts and emotions. I focus on my breathing, making sure it is deep and steady.

I find that this process not only relaxes me, but energizes me. While I am meditating I am relaxed and only positive thoughts and emotions exist. When I am finished meditating, I find that I am full of positive energy. I am happy and ready to take on my day. I fully believe that this process enables the universe to pay attention to what I want and ask for. I feel that throughout my day, I am more focused and full of positive energy.

I hope that my experience with meditation encourages you to use meditation as well. I think that you will find that it is a very powerful experience and will help you with the Law of Attraction to attract anything and everything you want!
