Everyone who smokes knows it is very bad for their health. If you smoke, you have probably tried to quit in the past. Once you decide that you want to quit, you can do so with the Law of Attraction. Quitting smoking involves empowerment, strength, and belief in yourself. The Law of Attraction will help you achieve these things.

If you want to attract a smoke-free life, then I want to encourage you to surround yourself with change. You can make a vision board and put a picture of healthy lungs on it. You can visualize your life being a non-smoker. The more often you recreate the positive feelings of being a non-smoker, the more success you will have with the Law of Attraction.

A great way to stop smoking permanently, is to come up with a new activity that replaces smoking. Replacing a negative habit with a positive habit is a very strong action with the Law of Attraction. The universe will reward you with change when you use this exercise.

Are you a smoker? If you are, I’m sure you have tried quitting in the past. Perhaps you have tried once or a hundred times. Even if you have failed to quit smoking in the past, there is still hope and you can quit. The Law of Attraction can help you stop smoking.

Following the steps that we outline in our book, the first step you want to take is change your negative thoughts and emotions in regards to smoking into positive thoughts and feelings. You must have a positive outlook on your future and quitting smoking. Believing in yourself is very powerful and very important to quit smoking.

The next step involves asking the universe for you to become a non-smoker. Asking is very powerful. Every day and every time you feel the need to light up a cigarette, ask the universe to help you stop smoking. When you ask for this, you must want it. You must want to be a non-smoker. When you want to quit, you are telling the universe how serious you are about quitting your bad habit.

Incorporating positive habits in place of smoking will help you become a non-smoker. You can find a new hobby and invest your time in something that takes you mind off smoking. Every cigarette that you avoid smoking shows the universe that you are serious about quitting. This also creates positive vibrations that will be very powerful for the Law of Attraction to work for you.

We have all heard the astounding health risks of smoking. Smoking causes long-term damage to ones body and mind. In the United States alone, it is estimated that 47 million people smoke according to the American Heart Association. We all know that you cannot be a casual smoker. Cigarettes are highly addictive and usually once people start they continue with the bad habit.

If you are a smoker, I want to encourage you to quit once and for all. You probably have tried various methods of quitting in the past, but you have been unsuccessful. This is where the Law of Attraction can be extremely beneficial to help you quit for good!

There are many methods available to you to help you quit smoking. Although there are patches, gum and prescription medication, you can also take the healthy, all-natural approach with hypnosis, which has been proven to help. We want to encourage you to use the methods that work for you, but most importantly you must use the Law of Attraction to quit for good.

How does the Law of Attraction help to quit smoking? It helps by changing your mind set. In order for the Law of Attraction to work for you, you have to change your mind set. You have to make changes in your life that create positive vibrations. Smoking causes negative thoughts and actions and creates negative vibrations for the universe. Any small thing you can do to cut down on your smoking and your negative thoughts, will move you closer to achieving success with the Law of Attraction and your quest to quit smoking.

One step you can take is to replace your bad habit of smoking with a positive habit such as exercise. Exercise provides adrenaline and gives you a boost in energy in the short term and long term. Exercise is a positive lifestyle change that creates powerful vibrations for the universe.
