Attracting Joy

Life is all about joy and happiness! Whether you want to attract more overall happiness in your life or if you want to attract more enjoyable things and activities, realize that the Law of Attraction will help you achieve this.

You are your own creator and you can create more joy in your life. The first question you need to answer is: What brings you joy? Is it relaxing time to yourself, a specific career, spending time with your family, making money?

Think about all the things that bring joy into your life and write them down. Your list can have as few or as many things on it as you want. The next step is to focus on attracting those things into your life. Visualize your life with more joy. Every day I want you to feel the powerful feelings of joy. Every time you feel joyous, you will create vibrations that tell the universe you want to attract more joy into your life.

You deserve to be happy and you can use the Law of Attraction to attract more joy into your life.

Attract Happiness

If there is one thing I’ve learned in my lifetime, it’s that happiness is the purpose of life. Nothing matters more than being happy. When you are happy, other areas of your life seem to fit into place. When you’re happy, you learn to not sweat the small stuff and everything seems to flow.

You probably fall into one of three categories. You’re either happy, could be happier, or not happy with the way things are in your life. If your happiness could improve, then I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to attract happiness into your life.

What makes you happy? What do you need to change in your life in order for you to be happy? Are there people in your life who are preventing you from being happy? These are all questions you should be able to answer when you ask the universe for happiness. Remember, you must be as specific as possible with the Law of Attraction, because that’s the only way the universe will help you attract it.

In order to attract happiness, I want you to do something everyday that makes you happy. It can be anything positive such as meditation, exercise, gardening, or watching a movie. When you are happy, you create positive energy and the universe will help you attract more happiness into your life.


Attracting Enjoyment into your Life

What is life without enjoyment? If you would like to enjoy life more, you can use the Law of Attraction to attract joy into your life. You can gain enjoyment from the little things that occur in your life. Life is wonderful and a positive attitude will help you see your surroundings in a whole new light. You should enjoy your life and all it has to offer.

The first step in the Law of Attraction process is to start thinking, feeling, and behaving in a positive way. When your thoughts and feelings are dominated by positive images and experiences, then you are taking a step in the right direction to enjoy life in a more fulfilling way. A negative attitude will build up a barrier between you and your enjoyment of life. You must tear this wall down in order to feel positive and enjoy life.

Next, you must ask the universe for enjoyment. Be clear on exactly what you want. Ask the universe every single day to help you enjoy life a little more that day. You can help increase enjoyment by pausing and reflecting on how much you enjoy something. When you show positive feelings of joy, you will receive more in return.

Allow enjoyment into your life. You deserve to be joyful in all situations. You deserve to feel good about yourself and your experiences. The more joy you feel, the more the universe will give back to you. You are a powerful and positive person and you have the amazing ability to attract joy into your life.


Attract Happiness!

Your happiness is an essential part of who you are and it is perhaps the most important. Happiness with who you are as a person will create a strong foundation for overall contentment in your life. You must love yourself in order to be happy. If you currently are not happy, then I want to encourage you to attract happiness using the Law of Attraction.

Happiness is difficult to define because everyone has a different experience. The best way to define happiness is to recall a time in your life when you were genuinely happy. Hopefully it’s the present, but if it’s not, I want you to think about what exactly made you happy.

Visualize your happiness. Picture yourself and make it real, right now. Picture everything that brought you happiness. Realize the emotional state you were in when you were happy. This visualization exercise is creating positive energy of happiness. Even though you might not be happy right now, visualizing past positive experiences will help you attract happiness into your life.

Happiness is priceless. Your happiness should come from within. It is an energy that cannot be substituted. You cannot truly be happy because of things or people in your life. You are the only source of happiness and you must tap into this in order to reach true happiness in your life. The Law of Attraction can definitely help, but ultimately, it is up to you to attract it.

Ending Depression

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I have helped many people overcome fears, boost confidence, and increase motivation. Many clients that I see come to me with a problem they want to overcome. Many of them are also experiencing depression because of the negative impact the major problem has had on their life. When depression is a symptom and not a cause, you can make major changes in your life to combat the depression.

If you want to get rid of depression in your life once and for all, then you simply have to ask the universe for it. As with anything you want to attract into your life, it is important to remain positive and focus only on positive thoughts and feelings. This can be a challenge if you are depressed, but with time and following our steps in our book You Can Attract It, you will be able to change your negative thoughts and feelings into positive ones.

Being depressed is not a way of life. If you are depressed, realize that the Law of Attraction can and will help you feel better. You deserve to be happy. You will want to do everything in your power to create positive vibrations and energy for the universe. This will help you ease your depression.

You can and will allow freedom from depression into your life. Allow yourself to feel happy. You can attract happiness with the Law of Attraction and you can prevent yourself from ever feeling depressed again.

Happiness is a state of mind that promotes satisfaction, fulfillment, and contentment. Happiness is something that we all seek in life. Some people have an easier time than others finding happiness. But the important thing to remember is that you can find happiness, it is a state that you can and will reach. Incorporating the Law of Attraction into your life can help you reach a state of happiness that you never dreamed possible.

The first step that we outline in our book You Can Attract It, is changing negative thoughts and feelings into positive ones. This step alone will help you immensely in your quest for happiness. It will create good, positive vibrations for the universe. Realize that you can easily attract happiness by using the Law of Attraction.

If happiness is what you seek, then what you do not want is anxiety, depression, and worrying. Knowing what you do not want will help you realize what you should be focusing on, which is happiness. Visualize your happiness. Surround yourself with happiness. As often as you can, imagine what feeling happy feels like and recreate these feelings and thoughts every day.

You are a powerful person capable of being happy with yourself, your life, and the world you live in. It is a matter of attracting it with the Law of Attraction and creating positive vibrations for the universe. Your focus should be on adding things into your life that make you happy and getting rid of things that make you unhappy.

The Law of Attraction will dramatically change your life for the better, just by incorporating the principles we outline in our book. You can and will become happy!
