The amazing thing about the Law of Attraction is that you can attract anything you want! No goal is too large and no dream is too big. Determining what you want may be easy or hard for you. Some people know exactly what they want while others feel that something is missing, but they’re not sure what.

I want to encourage you to focus on what you want to attract. Whether it’s a luxury good like a car or a house or it’s something intangible such as weight loss or finding your ideal career, you may need to spend some time determining what you want in your life.

You deserve to live your best life with what you want in your life. All you have to do is manifest it into your life using the principles and steps we out line in our book, You Can Attract It. You are capable of achieving spectacular things in your life and you can use the Law of Attraction to help you on your journey!

Know What You Do Not Want

People often ask us why Step Two in our book is so important. Step Two is Knowing What you do not Want. For a lot of people, step two is a moment when they realize why so many negative things are occurring in their lives. We wanted to convey that you are completely in charge of what you attract into your life whether it’s positive or negative.

Let’s look at an example. Let’s say that you don’t want to be struggling to pay your bills. This is something that you do not want to attract into your life. During step two, you will explore how your are attracting this negativity into your life. We show you different things to consider in your outlook.

You will be able to change the negative things that are attracting negativity into your life, into positive things to attract positive change into your life. Whatever is going wrong for you in your life, this is the step that will help you realize why you are attracting negativity and it will open doors for you to make changes.

The Law of Attraction is a powerful process and we know that step two will help open your eyes to the possibilities of attraction and change. No matter what negative things are occurring in your life, this step will help you look at it in a different way so that you can focus your energy on making positive changes.

Today marks the first day of summer! Summertime might be just what you need to attract things into your life. For many people, summertime conjures up positive memories of their childhood. A time when life was more carefree and school was out.

Life as an adult is more demanding with responsibilities, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your happiness. I want to encourage you to use this time to think about what you might change about your life. Ask yourself the following questions:

What would make you happier?
What goals do you have to meet in order to accomplish it?
What is stopping you?
How are you going to attract this into your life?

The Law of Attraction is very powerful. I know, because I use it in my life and it has helped me tremendously. It helps to analyze what you want to attract, so that you leave no stone unturned. Focus on the positive things that will help you reach your goals. There is no better time to start attracting things into your life!

Power of Asking

We cannot stress how important asking for what you want is in the Law of Attraction. Asking is what will give you the power to receive. You cannot expect receive wonderful things into your life without asking for it first.

In our book, You Can Attract It, we talk about different ways in which you can ask for what you want. There are truly an unlimited number of possibilities to ask the universe to give you what you want. So, the key is to keep asking until you receive it. You will find the methods that work the best for you.

One of the most popular forms of asking for what you want is visualization. Many people are visual and they find this the easiest method to incorporate into their life. But it is important for you to find what works for you. If you are not a visual person, you may want to try other ways to attract wonderful things into your life.

Asking is very powerful because when you ask the universe, you are making a decision and you are proclaiming what you want. Make sure you ask everyday and soon you will receive it!

Scripting

Scripting

Recently, I’ve been using a Law of Attraction exercise called scripting. I have found it to be extremely beneficial. Scripting is when you write down your future in the present tense. I enjoy writing down my life as if I’ve already received what I’m asking for.

This is a powerful exercise, not only for yourself, but for the universe as well. You will feel empowered by the things you write down and the universe will take notice of the powerful vibrations that you are creating.

I want to encourage you to add scripting to your Law of Attraction routine. Every week or even for just 5 minutes a day, you can keep a journal and date each entry a year from now and write as if you have attracted what you are asking for.

If you would rather type than write, then more power to you! It really is a powerful exercise. It can incorporated into your life and it will help you attract what you are asking for.

Positive thoughts, feelings, and actions are extremely powerful. When you are positive, you create an energy bubble around yourself. This energy bubble is like an attraction magnet. The universe sees the positive vibrations you are creating and will reward you with what you are asking for.

When people embark on using the Law of Attraction in their life, they often become filled with emotion. Many people feel excited, anxious, apprehensive, or empowered. It is important to put all negative feelings aside, because the Law of Attraction will only work for you if you allow it to.

If you have tried using the Law of Attraction in the past and it did not work for you, it’s probably because you didn’t follow our 6-step process. Each step must be followed before moving on to the next step.

A very important piece of advice that I can give you is: It takes time. The Law of Attraction takes time, but I promise you it will change your life in a profound way! Be patient with each step and make sure your intentions are in alignment with what you are asking for.

You are in charge of your future and you can gain a lot of help from the universe. You deserve wonderful things in your life and you have it all by simply manifesting it into your life.

Using the Law of Attraction without Visualization

I often get emails from people wondering how they can use the Law of Attraction when they are not very good at visualizing what they want. Luckily, there are many alternatives to using visualization. The key is to get creative and find the method that works for you. You may have to try several different methods until you find out the best one for you.

When people come to me with difficulty visualizing their future or what they want, I usually discover that they are auditory people. Meaning, they respond better to things that they hear instead of things that they see. My suggestion to you, if you are an auditory person, is to get a voice recorder. You can record your thoughts and feelings and replay them several times a day to help you think about what you want to attract into your life.

Another method that may work better for you are auditory associations. You can associate different sounds or songs to a specific feeling or thought. For example, if you want to attract more physical activity in your life, there may be a song that really gets you pumped up and motivated to workout. You can use this to your benefit!

Now you can see that whether you are good at visualization or not, there are options out there to help you attract wonderful things into your life. Think outside the box and soon you will begin to benefit from the Law of Attraction!

Asking for What you Want

The most powerful step that we outline in our book, You Can Attract It, is asking for what you want. Asking is a simple concept, but the process should be very detailed. Asking can be as simple as a statement but it can be as complex as visualizing the future. The techniques involved in asking the universe for what you want are limitless.

My favorite technique to use to ask the universe for what I want is visualization. Visualization allows you to imagine having what you want. The benefits are powerful. You gain positive thoughts and feelings when you think about attracting what you want. This then creates positive energy and vibrations that helps the universe give you what you want.

You can also ask for things by doing creative exercises. For example, creating vision boards with pictures of things you want allows you to have a physical representation of what you want. If you want to attract wealth, you can write yourself a check for a large sum and put it in your wallet where you will think about it often.

Any technique or exercise that helps you ask for what you want is a good thing to do. The asking process lasts as long as it takes you to allow and receive things into your life. I want to encourage you to get creative in the process of asking for what you want. Anything that creates positive feelings will give you positive results.

The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is a wonderful part of my life. I have been incorporating the principles of the Law of Attraction for years and I believe a lot of my success in life has been a result of the law of attraction. That is why we started this blog, to spread the word about the wonderful things that result from using the Law of Attraction.

We wrote the book, You Can Attract It to help people like you improve your life. My life improved dramatically while using the law of attraction techniques, plus I used many new exercises and techniques that helped me. That’s why I think you can greatly benefit from our book because it is different than other Law of Attraction books.

We outline six important steps in our book:

Step One: Change Negative Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions into Positive Ones
Step Two: Know What You Do Not Want
Step Three: Know What You Do Want
Step Four: Ask For It
Step Five: Allow It
Step Six: Receive It, Enjoy It, Be Thankful For It

Each step is very important. I want to encourage you to to incorporate the Law of Attraction and each of these steps to help you attract wonderful things into your life. You can ask for anything! You can ask for wealth, success, abundance, health, or anything else. When you have a positive outlook on life and you ask for what you what and then allow it into your life, you will receive what you want.
