As cold weather rips through most of the nation, you may find it difficult to stick with your exercise routine. I don’t want you to lose motivation now! There are plenty of tools you can use to help you stick with your exercise goals, including the Law of Attraction.
I like to have different exercises planned for different weather conditions, so that I never have an excuse to not workout. I then visualize myself doing these workouts and feeling good about doing them.
I have 3 locations where I workout: the gym, outside, and in my home. When it’s nice outside, I like to go for walks or ride a bike. When it’s cold, I go to the gym. And if it’s snowing or if I’m strapped for time, I exercise in my house. Even if I only have 20 minutes, I can get a good workout in.
I am a firm believer in using the Law of Attraction for exercise. The more frequently I exercise, the more I like it. It’s the time during my day where I can focus on improving my health and attracting energy into my life. I hope that this post has encouraged you to be active today!
