Health Goals

I am a natural health advocate and I have seen first hand, how lifestyle changes can positively effect one’s health. If you want to improve your heath, then I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to help you attract positive change into your life.

The first thing you must do is define your health goals. You must approach your health from several angles because many things effect it. For example, the food you eat, exercise, activity level, lifestyle choices and the amount of sleep you get all influence your health.

You must take a look at all of these areas and realize where you can make improvements. Ask yourself what changes you would like to see. Perhaps you want to lose weight or maybe you want to reduce the number of time you get sick each year. Or maybe you want more energy.

No matter what your reasons are for wanting to be healthier, realize that you can ask the universe to help you reach your health goals. Changing your lifestyle requires action and attraction from the universe.

Healthy Life

Your health is very important. It takes being sick to fully appreciate the value of health. I am a natural health expert and I have done A LOT of research on how to stay healthy using alternative forms of medicine. Sure, I go to the doctor, but I am going to do everything in my power to prevent illnesses. And I’m here to teach you how to prevent getting sick with the Law of Attraction.

Are you aware that your mental thoughts are just as important in preventing illness as staying fit and eating right? When you are stressed, your immune system is compromised and it becomes more difficult to fight off illness. You can use the Law of Attraction to manifest a healthy life where you very rarely get sick.

Imagine not being out of commission several times a year due to a cold or the flu. We’ve all been there before, laying in bed sick and being absolutely miserable. The key is visualization. See your body as being resistant to germs. See your immune system attacking negative bacteria and viruses.

Anything you can change in your lifestyle to promote health will dramatically improve your overall health for the better. You can take Vitamin C, eat a lot of vegetables, and be physically active! Remember, you are in charge of your health and the Law of Attraction can help.

Preventing Alzheimer's Disease

If you know someone who has Alzheimer’s Disease, then you know that we must fight against it. Researchers are learning more about the disease and they are realizing that younger people, not just older people can get Alzheimer’s disease. Doctor’s are recognizing the early stages of Alzheimer’s in people in their 50’s.

Once Alzheimer’s sets in, it cannot be reversed, but it can be slowed down. I want everyone to realize that choices we make in our younger years can have a profound effect on our future and preventing Alzheimer’s Disease.

Your memory is like a muscle, when you don’t exercise the muscle, it begins to deteriorate. Except instead of experiencing stiffness and aches like in a normal muscle, you will experience memory loss. However, you can use the Law of Attraction to prevent Alzheimer’s Disease.

Doing exercises that challenge your memory and your reasoning skills will help you keep your mind sharp. When you show the universe that you are serious about sharpening your memory, the universe will help you attract it into your life and prevent Alzheimer’s Disease.

Radiant Health

Good health is an imperative part of life. However, with the Law of Attraction you can create better than average health, you can create perfect and radiant health. I am a consumer health advocate and I believe very strongly in the positive benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I want to encourage you to use the Law of Attraction to attract healthy living and radiant health.

How do you define perfect health? Perhaps perfect health means a certain weight. Or maybe it means certain blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Maybe it means reducing or eliminating prescription drugs. Go ahead and create your own definition of radiant health. Customize it to your lifestyle and medical needs and then write down this definition and start attracting it into your life.

Making just small changes that follow your definition of radiant health with help you move in the right direction. Making changes to your eating habits and activity level will tell the universe what you want to attract. Any change that creates positive energy in your life will help you reach your goal.

Although it can take time to achieve your goal, simple and small changes can make dramatic differences in your overall health. Exercise and healthy eating will help you. Realize that you may not be able to make perfect choices all the time, but the Law of Attraction will help you make the right choices and achieve radiant health.

As you get older, you become more susceptible to health problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s disease. All of these illnesses can cause a multitude of serious side effects and can cause death. I know this sounds morbid, but our nation is getting older and no matter what your age, you or a loved one may be affected by their health.

Whether you are in your 20’s or your 90’s, realize it is never too late to improve your health. Choices you make can improve your health in the short-term and in the long-term. You can use the Law of Attraction to attract perfect health into your life.

Your mind and your energy can control what you receive into your life. You can ask the universe for improved health. By incorporating positive health practices, you can show the universe that you are serious about having perfect health. Being proactive and knowing if you have a serious health condition is the first step. The second step involves making positive changes in your life.

Eating right and exercising will do wonders for your health. It will also tell the universe that you want better health in your life. You can ask to prevent Alzheimer’s disease by asking for improved memory and doing exercises that enhance your brain capacity.

Visualization exercises involving imagining your body and mind healing, will help you attract better health into your life. You can attract better health with the Law of Attraction!

In 2006 it was estimated that 26.6 million people around the world had Alzheimer’s Disease. Scientists estimate that that number could double by 2050. Alzheimer’s is a degenerative and debilitating disease that effects the memory as we age. If you know someone who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, you know how devastating it is on the sufferer and family and friends.

I am a major proponent of memory health and I have done a lot of research on Alzheimer’s Disease and how it effects the mind. I have even written a book on the subject called The Mind Killer Defense. I go into detail about the various changes you can make in your life to prevent this deadly disease.

The best thing you can do for your mind is to incorporate natural and proven methods in order to give your memory a boost. You can take action now and have a dramatic effect on your overall memory health. Simple lifestyle changes and incorporating the Law of Attraction will allow you to keep your mind sharp as you age!

I like to encourage people to make simple lifestyle change to help improve their mind. Simple brain exercises can have a dramatic effect on keep your mind sharp. You can incorporate crossword puzzles, quiz games, and logic puzzles into your everyday life. I once heard that two of the best things you can do to activate your mind is to learn a new foreign language or to learn how to use a new computer operating system. They challenge your mind in different ways.

You can also use the Law of Attraction by asking the universe to keep your mind sharp. By actively taking action and making changes in your life that improve your mind, you are telling the universe that you want to keep your mind active. The universe will help you improve your memory so that you can prevent Alzheimer’s Disease.
