It’s that time of year… Fall is in the air and the holidays are right around the corner. Losing weight tends to be put on the back burner this time of year. But I want to encourage you to stick to your weight loss goals or even start a new lifestyle right now instead of waiting.

The holidays tend to revolve around a lot of parties and food. You are in complete control over what you eat and the Law of Attraction will help you make the right choices during this holiday season. A technique that I want to encourage you to use is visualization. Imagine yourself at a party with a lot of food. See yourself eating the healthy options. Imagine only wanting small portions and making the right choices.

Prepare yourself mentally for healthy eating choices. A lot of people gain weight during the holidays, but you can actually get a jump start on making the right decisions and actually lose weight this time of year. You will feel much better when the New Year comes along and you have less weight to lose instead of more.

Losing weight isn’t easy. That’s why I want to give you all the tools and techniques to help you in your weight loss goals. Visualize yourself weighing less and being healthy. You can manifest your goals into your life easily with the Law of Attraction.

One of the most important aspects of weight loss is a positive attitude and confidence. You must believe in yourself and your ability to lose weight. This will help you with motivation. Self-confidence is very powerful and it will help you achieve your weight loss goals.

When you pledge to lose weight, realize that it is not a quick fix. You can’t ‘diet’ and then once you reach your desired weight, revert back to old ways. It is a permanent lifestyle change. That is the only way to be healthy and happy with yourself and your weight.

According to the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in the last 20 years in the United States. There are behavioral, environmental, and genetic factors that determine a person’s weight. The majority of American’s struggle with their weight.

For many different reasons, it is important to have control over your weight. Carrying extra weight has life-threatening health consequences. If you want to lose weight, then I want to encourage you to ask for weight loss. Simply asking to lose weight tells the universe what you want. How many pounds do you want to lose? For the Law of Attraction process to work, you must be exact and have a goal in mind.

To lose weight with the law of attraction, you must take action! You must change your thought process. You must believe in yourself and be motivated to do everything in your power to attract weight loss. Eating healthy and exercising will help you lose weight. It will also tell the universe that you are serious about losing weight.

When you take action toward losing weight, you will create positive energy for the universe. The law of attraction will help you lose even more weight. When you are positive about losing weight, the pounds will continue to drop. It is very important to think positively, feel good about yourself, and believe in yourself.

I have helped many people lose weight permanently with the law of attraction and with hypnosis. I cannot stress how important it is to remain positive and to believe in yourself. I know you can do it!

I am talking about the Law of Attraction. Incorporating the Law of Attraction into your life can help you lose those extra pounds. It gives you the motivation and self-confidence you need in order to meet your goals.

The first step to take is to ask for weight loss. Have a specific number of pounds in mind and ask the universe to help you lose the weight. Anything you can do to create positive vibrations will help you lose the weight. Keep your attitude and feelings positive. Having a positive outlook on weight loss will help you lose those extra pounds.

Eating healthy foods will also tell the universe that you are serious about losing weight. Eating the right foods will naturally help you shed pounds, but the universe will help you lose weight faster when you incorporate the Law of Attraction. Exercising is very beneficial as well. Getting your heart rate up releases endorphins that will help you feel better physically and mentally and it will help you lose weight.
