Get Motivated!

Why do so many people make resolutions this time of year? Because the New Year is like a fresh start or a new beginning. As humans, we enjoy improving ourselves, making goals and accomplishing them. However, it takes one key ingredient to see our goals manifest into our lives… motivation.

Motivation is very important because it keeps us going. We like to have things to look forward to. We like rewards. That’s why it’s so important to attract motivation into our lives; it allows us to continue improving our lives.

How do you attract motivation into your life? You ask for it and then you start taking action in ways that motivate you even more. For example, if your New Year’s resolution is to lose 50 pounds, what’s going to keep you going until you reach this goal? How will you feel motivated to make healthy eating decisions and make the effort to workout most days of the week? Clearly outlining your goals and having a reward system in place will tell the universe exactly what you want.

This time of year is a new start for you. You can put the past behind you and continue toward your goal. Expect hiccups and delays, but realize they are minor and you will remain steadfast toward reaching your dreams!


Attracting Change

For most of you, change is a tough road. Many of your habits seem stuck in routine. However, there are always things that you can do to change and improve. No matter what you want to improve in your life, the Law of Attraction is a great way to attract change into your life, permanently.

A big part of the Law of Attraction is believing in yourself. If I can convince you of one thing in this blog post, it’s that you CAN change. Whether you have been smoking for for most of your life, unhappy, over weight, or sick, realize that you can turn your life around and it is never too late.

In our book, You Can Attract It, Steve and I discuss a 6 step process to help you attract change into your life. We give you all the tools, exercises, and techniques that will help you achieve amazing things. I believe in you and your power to improve your life, now all you have to do is believe in yourself too.

You deserve to live the life you want to live with all of the wonderful things this world has to offer. Believing in the Law of Attraction is powerful and you will become a stronger person when you put the Law of Attraction to work for yourself. You will see many wonderful changes!


Achieve your Goals

Goals are a very important part of your life. Without goals, you can lack direction and focus in your life. Both short-term and long-term goals are important because it will help you stay on track.

I want you to take a few moments and think of a major goal that you accomplished. Think of that time in your life when you felt a great sense of achievement because you reached your goal. It can be anything, graduating college, completing a marathon, losing weight, quitting smoking, etc.

Now think about the smaller steps you had to take in order to get to that point. Realize that a lot of short-term goals can help you reach your long term goals. Approaching your dreams in smaller steps will help you feel as though your goals are within your reach… because they are!

Every day, you can use the Law of Attraction to visualize accomplishing both your short-term and long-term goals. Visualize reaching and achieving what you want in life and feel the positive feelings that are a result of accomplishing your goals. This will help you attract your goals into your life.


Is the Law of Attraction Working?

Law of Attraction

Oftentimes, people ask how they will know when the Law of Attraction is working in their life. Everyone is going to have a different experience with the Law of Attraction, but it will be a positive one. In our book, You Can Attract It, Steve and I outline 6 important steps on attracting things into your life. With each step, you will notice changes:

Step One: Changing Negative Powers to Positive Powers, enables you to prepare a strong foundation for the Law of Attraction. Your ‘powers’ are your thoughts, emotions, and actions. During this step you should notice that you have a different and more positive outlook on your life.

Step Two: Know What You Do Not Want, enables you to acknowledge what is not working for you in your life. This step is often powerful because people realize that their negative thoughts and actions have created negative life experiences.

Step Three: Know What You Do Want, enables you to realize what you truly want to create in your life.

Step Four: Ask For It, during this step a lot of people will start to notices changes in their life. By simply asking for something, some people begin manifesting it right away. You might receive something smaller than what you are asking for. For example if you are asking for $100,000, this is the step that will help you get the ball rolling, so to speak.

Step Five: Allow It, for those people who have not begun to attract anything into their life, this step will fix that problem. Allowing good things into your life enables you to attract and receive.

Step Six: Receive It, this step may take days or years. If you ask for $100,000, you may receive it in the form of a promotion, raise, new business venture, or many other ways. The different ways in manifesting things into your life is limitless, but you will know when you have received it because you asked for specific things.
